RV rental
Good motorhome but average service from Four Seasons
(Translated by Google) Satisfied with the motorhome for the important equipment; engine, driving, water, electricity,... On the other hand many small problems related to faulty maintenance; drawers that do not close, glass blocked, heating that does not regulate, no leveling wedges,...
/>
The biggest problem is related to taking the vehicle. For the transfer, Four Seasons does not pick up at the hotel or at a convenient location; the meeting was in a cold and windy RER type station with no seat to wait; especially since the appointment was set for 10 a.m. and the shuttle arrived at 11:15 a.m. without warning us of the delay. Arrived at the agency the CC was not ready. We waited 4 hours (!!!!!) before we could pick up the vehicle.

A good vehicle but poor service
(Translated by Google) We were disappointed with the level of service offered by Canadream.
The presentation of the RV and the different functions is a paid service at Canadream or an online movie, a bit limited in terms of security!
In addition, the utensils were of poor quality (sponge died in 2 days, no dishwashing liquid, no garbage bag, rolls of toilet paper, etc.), which is a bit disappointing for this type of vehicle.
Otherwise, nothing to say about the vehicle itself.

Wonderful 1st RV experience in the Rockies
(Translated by Google) The DVC we rented from Canadream through Authentik Canada was perfect for our Rockies road trip as a couple. It was our first experience. We enjoyed it very much! Very clean, beautiful and everything we needed. With eco mode, an average of only 12.8 l/100 km, $435 for 2,135 km in 14 days. All in all, it's about $325/day (DVC with all extras, gas, camping), less than many lodges, cabins and hotels in the summer, and lots of savings on food, no car rentals, time saved on the road and freedom! Even if it is small, we managed to store all our belongings and bags (no rigid suitcase) to be able to take advantage of the space inside with the bed still open. Thanks to the fridge and the freezer, we were able to cook all our meals whenever we wanted with the stove, in front of a beautiful view. Cozy nights with propane or electric heat when it got too cold. We put a woolen blanket under the sheets, so as not to sweat because of the faux leather of the sofa which becomes the bed. The rented bedding kit is perfect and comfortable for two, except that it surprisingly only contains one pillow (soft and comfortable)! So don't rent 2 kits, only one, and bring a pillow. It didn't bother us since my partner never leaves without his pillow. But Canadream should offer two pillows with their bedding kit in the future, that's our only complaint. The kitchen kit is very good. We've taken almost all of our showers at campsites to have more space and make the gray water tank last longer, but we've tried it once, and even though the space is very tight, it's effective. Emptying of black and gray water every three or four days (free even if you only have electricity on your site), electricity every two days minimum, propane sufficient for the 14 days. We had a battery issue at the start of our trip. The free support was very helpful. They asked us to come back to Calgary to change it, but it was very quick and Canadream reimbursed us for the gas. We also snagged the driver's step on a tree stump hidden in the lawn of a campground, but since we had paid extra with Authentik Canada to cover the deductible, the return trip was stress-free as Canadream taken care of everything without any paperwork to fill out and at no cost. Great service. And thanks to Authentik Canada for all the advice and info before we left, which helped us plan an amazing road trip. Since it is forbidden to spend the night outside campsites in the Rockies and that there are many tourists as of June, we have reserved all our sites as soon as Parks Canada reservations open to ensure a trip without stress and make the most of the moment. It was a success! Our itinerary: Calgary (1), Waterton lakes (2), Kootenay via Radium Springs (1), Lake Louise (2), Icefield Parkway/Jasper (3), Silverhorn campground on the way back (1) to Yoho, Banff ( 3) and Calgary (1). TOP !
(Translated by Google) No regrets going through Authentik Canada to book my motorhome, it completely met my expectations!
Everything went well at Canadream also to recover the CC and on the way back as well.
Nice experience
(Translated by Google) A 9-day family roadtrip, in VR with Cruise Canada, which took us from Montreal to Montreal via La Mauricie National Park, Lac Saint Jean, Sainte Rose, Sainte Marguerite Bay, Anse de Roche, Tadoussac, Bon Désir, Eternity Bay, Grands Jardins National Park and Quebec.
/>
The parks are magnificent, the campsites and their services are very well adapted.
Two stars shine in the middle of this marvelous journey: Sainte Rose and Tadoussac.
Unfortunately for our trip but especially for the Canadian forests, the smog accompanied us throughout this journey.

Superb experience
(Translated by Google) We had a pleasant stay. Van almost new, very clean, well equipped, very comfortable. I recommend without hesitation!!
Very nice experience
Great trip!
(Translated by Google) We loved our experience with renting an RV for our grandma and grandson experience in BC! It was our first time in VR and we had great service with Authentik! They have always been available and quick during our questions!
Exceptional
(Translated by Google) Perfect from A to Z.
From pick-up to drop-off,
One of the best organized companies I have seen.
Perfect
(Translated by Google) Perfect reception at Fraserway Whitehorse, in French moreover.
Thank you for the return to the airport.
Western Canada
(Translated by Google) Quality vehicle with all amenities
Experience to repeat with Authentik and Fraserwayy
(Translated by Google) Authentik was able to understand our needs from the first day and find us a company that also met Fraserway.
We were picked up from our Vancouver hotel at Fraserway Delta, Vancouver. When we arrived, a brand new 23" RV was waiting for us with personalized service.
Our return to Fraserway in Calgary was equally welcoming and uncomplicated.
Great motorhome!
Vehicle clean and in order. We had a very nice trip.
(Translated by Google) For Western Canada (via Whistler) the smaller vehicle is the better choice. Making advance reservations for high traffic locations is a must. We were from May 15 to June 7, 2023 and the weather was perfect and above all without tourists. Hoping that you will have as beautiful a trip as us!
Excellent performance!
(Translated by Google) We are very satisfied with our rental from all points of view: Very pleasant welcome, impeccable vehicle and very complete equipment (it is the best motorhome we have had and we have nevertheless rented many around the world, in Australia and NZ in particular. No problems to note, we covered 4200 km without any difficulty. We did not find any negative points. Too bad you do not have agencies in the USA, because we intend to cross this country from East to West in 2024!
Congratulations to the entire Fraserway team for their competence and professionalism. We will talk about them to those around us who want to travel in RV in Canada.
Cheer !

Very good experience
(Translated by Google) Everything went as planned. We are very satisfied with the site and the prices are very competitive. I would recommend.
Best way to travel!
(Translated by Google) We had everything close at hand, snacks, toilets, meals, etc. The rental price is interesting compared to that of hotels / motels.
very happy to find competent staff, very important and very appreciated to have someone who speaks French. and very conscientious; very good service. Special thanks to Kate and Ruden. We appreciate the attention given to our requests, in particular the troubleshooting with internet by Ruden. Thank you again, we will recommend your company to all our friends/family.

Unbeatable value for money
(Translated by Google) Very comfortable, clean, rescent motorhome and a warm welcome in the agency.
Exceptional road trip
(Translated by Google) 2 weeks on the sublime Canadian roads with Hervé (so nicknamed for RV). Exceptional experience, Hervé was a great traveling companion. Functional, very well equipped, a pleasure to drive.
Very happy, you will see me again :)
(Translated by Google) With my boyfriend, we are really happy with the support and the Authentik Canada service.
The welcome was warm to give us the van, and it was perfect for our roadtrip. Very practical and turnkey.
We will not hesitate to come back to you for our next van trip.
I recommend !
Thank you team
Alright
(Translated by Google) Alright
Perfect!
(Translated by Google) The Campsite was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. On the other hand for 6 it would have been right. Otherwise if I just have a small downside, it's for the explanations with the book, it would be great if someone on arrival would have explained everything to us without having to pay a supplement. Fortunately we quickly understood and knew how to use it. Great experience to repeat! [...]
Incredible experience to try
(Translated by Google) First: Do not be afraid to try the adventure and in particular with authentikCanada.
We had a great service, with top staff, a clean and high quality motorhome
We were a group of 4 friends in our twenties and we recommend the MH19 (perfect size, especially for going off the beaten track in the rockies - just a little less comfortable than in a bigger one, but everything was well thought out to optimize the space)
We left from Calgary to Banff and Jasper for 10 days (average consumption 20l/100 and +- 2000km done - it takes at least that to be comfortable and be able to discover the various landscapes of the Rockies)
We wish you a trip as pleasant as ours!
Open your eyes wide and have a good discovery!

Very nice first experience
(Translated by Google) For a first, it's a success. With my wife, we took a DVC for a trip of about 2000km in Quebec. No worries to report, optimal vehicle size for 2 people, easy to use and comfortable. We returned from our trip delighted and look forward to our next RV / motorhome experience.
/>
Small points to note about the DVC; table a bit small and be careful when refueling the propane tank, only major hardware stores (eg RONA) have the necessary equipment.

Spacious motorhome
(Translated by Google) Spacious motorhome, once the template is in hand, it's ok to drive!
a downside to the somewhat expensive options: camping seats are a real plus for enjoying the fires in the evening.
And a gazebo or the use of the awning would be a plus when it rains.
50/65
(Translated by Google) Successful stay.
I have one thing to say, however.
To the rental price you add a dishwashing package which is succinct and a bedding package.
I think it should be included in the price.
Flexibility and responsiveness
(Translated by Google) Canadream agreed to postpone the rental of our motorhome by one day, following the passage of Hurricane Fiona... and spontaneously offered to return it on October 7th instead of October 6th. Very responsive email exchanges. In addition, motorhome of very good quality.
road trip in October
(Translated by Google) Vehicle clean and in very good condition, pleasant to drive.
I recommend and will use Autentik Canada and Canadream again when we return to this beautiful country
Exceptional experience
(Translated by Google) In my opinion, renting an RV for a road trip is the thing to do.
I got all my questions answered with Authentik and Frassrway Co. was really accommodating to us.
Vehicle in perfect working order
(Translated by Google) Perfect welcome and professionalism of Canadream staff. Comfortable vehicle in perfect working order. The clear and useful check-in grid (it would be interesting to add details on the use of the television, the radio on board the rear, the different modes of consumption - gas, electricity or combined).
Dining table too small.
