More than perfect stay
(Translated by Google) Thanks again to you, we were very satisfied with our vehicle which was identical to that of August but with options for the winter (heated seat, heated steering wheel, 4 wheel drive) that we requested at the start!! Really very well we will continue to rent a vehicle with you for our next stay in Quebec, thank you and especially for your availability. (the snow removal brooms we left it in the vehicle and nothing to ask the rental company) again thank you cordially [...]
Perfect!
(Translated by Google) Car easily picked up and returned to Montreal airport without difficulty!
Clear and precise explanations.
Nice car corresponding to my request
(Translated by Google) New car with all options working very well and meeting our expectations and beyond.
Regarding the lessor can do better.
When we arrived car not washed and we were given it by just passing a quick vacuum in front of us.
Regarding the winter equipment (scraper + broom) they were not present in the vehicle although we had asked the rental company for confirmation before departure and he assured us that everything was there. Not very practical for a rental in January in Quebec. Ditto for the windshield washer fluid used twice and empty .. we had to buy more.
All this is not very serious but it would be for the renter to make a few very small efforts to make it perfect.

2nd exp. AVIS with Authentik Canada for car rental
(Translated by Google) 2nd experience with Authentik Canada for car rental with AVIS, no problem. Staff of the Quebec agency very competent for the reception of the vehicle, as well as for the return to the Montreal airport. Vehicle corresponding to our expectations and very clean inside. We recommend AVIS with Authentik Canada for their value for money service.
Total satisfaction
(Translated by Google) We appreciated the ease of choosing a car, the choice of location for pick-up and drop-off, the reception at the counter and the facility granted for the return of the vehicle.
Satisfied with my rental
(Translated by Google) The pick up was fast, the delivery of the car too. Everything went well in a good car during the whole stay. The price is largely correct, I am satisfied.
Voyage of Quebecois
(Translated by Google) When picking up the vehicle, we realized that the Discount premises are not directly at the airport. We had to take a shuttle (big rush because many people). Arrived at the premises of Discount, we had to stand up to the staff to obtain the category of vehicle that we had reserved and for which we had already made the payment. They tried to give us a lower category vehicle, claiming that the vehicle we had rented was not available. By insisting heavily, we ended up winning our case and left behind the wheel of the requested vehicle. During our stay, we had to replace the driver's side wiper blade (big problem with visibility at night with the snowfall) and fill the windshield washer reservoir. It is heartbreaking to see that vehicles are not properly checked before being put back on hire. [...]

Upgrade by Avis
(Translated by Google) The agency is located first of all just opposite the arrival of the YUL terminal.
Very pleasant from the first contact, they offer us the upgrade to a Premium SUV (Jaguar F-pace S).
The stay was therefore very pleasant.
The return was just as easy, no surprises on the bill.
A big thank you to Marie Michèle from Authentik Canada for, once again, preparing our trip. Fast, efficient, and very friendly, she knew how to meet our expectations and thus allowed us to have an excellent holiday in this beautiful country.

Best price!
(Translated by Google) I did some research that made me discover Authentikcanada. The price was excellent, very good service. I always have doubts when I receive a voucher but everything went smoothly.
Perfect
(Translated by Google) We had doubts about using a French debit card. We called and were well informed.
The rental rate offered was very competitive. We even took a category above afterwards and it was done in 2 email exchanges. We were pleasantly surprised to even have a superb travel guide by email. We are very satisfied.
Perfect! rental identical to our request
Very good, nice service and very good car. Only the voucher was complicated to obtain (bug of the authentikcanada site)
Completely suitable
(Translated by Google) The vehicle made available to us was perfectly suited to the situation (4 adults and 2 children). We were a bit apprehensive about driving an automatic, but it made our life easier especially for hill starts and snowy roads :)

Car rental
(Translated by Google) We were very happy with our car.
Just a little surprised by the GPS we added, it was an old fashioned GPS.
Really good! Car and agency in Montreal center.
(Translated by Google) Really top notch hospitality and professionalism. Rigorous car inspection with a smile. The car is fun to drive and holds the road well in the weather.
Service at the height
(Translated by Google) The collection and delivery of the vehicle was carried out without any problems. The vehicle was not a Toyota Rav 4, but a Nissan Rogue, which gave us complete satisfaction. We recommend this service from Authentik Canada (Thrifty Rental).
