Car rental
Good but with a surprise at the end
(Translated by Google) Perfect car and service, no problem except for a $130 bill at the end for a one-way trip. At no time does the amount appear on the contract.
Efficient provider
(Translated by Google) Receipt and return of the vehicle without any problem
good Authentik Canada experience
(Translated by Google) My experience with Authentik went very well. Admittedly, it was limited to car rental, but on this subject everything went very well. thank you
Very satisfactory car for our stay
Easy and fast.
Not enough shuttles, too much waiting
(Translated by Google) 3 shuttles passed before there was room for us and more than an hour and a half more waiting at the counter with 3 young children, one of whom was two years old....
Clean almost new vehicle, perfect performance on this side.
Roadtrip From Calgary to Vancouver
Car rental
(Translated by Google) Impeccable service with the best price. All documents received in advance and good advice as a bonus.
A real service
(Translated by Google) I first visited the Authentik Canada site by chance while searching the internet for circuit ideas to build a three-week road trip in the Rockies, the Okanaghan Valley, Vancouver and Vancouver Island. The information there is very useful.
I then more particularly used their service for vehicle rental and the service was really top notch in the sense that, after the reservation was made, I was able to contact them several times and obtain precise answers and sound advice. . The advisers (Chloé in particular) are available and very efficient.
In short, a real plus!

Very professional

professional
(Translated by Google) Very good, speed at the counter, little attention for children and clear explanations.
One downside: contrary to what we had been told, the second driver was not free.
Very good contact with Authentik Canada (Chloé) - Car rental = perfect (Thrifty Est)
Location
(Translated by Google) Good car, perfect for traveling with lots of luggage
Thanks to Marie-chloé for her availability
Very satisfied to have chosen Authentik Canada
Thanks to Uriel Pineda, Sales Performance Manager at Avis Budget Group
(Translated by Google) Reservation with provision of the credit card on the Authentik Canada site on July 1st for a rental from July 6th to 24th -> 646EUR
Confirmation commitment within 48 hours received on July 1
Reminder by email on July 4 because no news received from Authentik Canada
Answer on July 5: no more car at 646EUR, but possible at 1192EUR (+84%)
Agreement given on July 5
Voucher sent on July 6 while we are traveling
When picking up the vehicle from Avis on July 6, Avis informed us that the vehicle was rented from July 7 to 25 (despite the presence of the dates from 6 to 24 on the voucher). Avis agrees to provide it to us on the 6th, but they tell us that a supplement will be due on July 24 when the vehicle is returned.
There must have been a communication problem between Authentik Canada and Avis because we had paid 1190EUR for the voucher from July 6 to 24.
Following the call to Authentik Canada on our French phone and their direct conversation with Avis, Authentik Canada promises us that there will be nothing to pay when the vehicle is returned on July 24th.
On July 24, when the vehicle was returned, Avis issued us an invoice for approximately 130CAD.
It took a lot of negotiating and calling with our French phone Mr. Pineda from Avis Vancouver to get the waiver of his additional charges requested by Avis.

to redo
(Translated by Google) I was very well advised and followed by chloé positive experience! thank you
All very well
(Translated by Google) Everything went according to our expectations. We were just provided with a Jeep Wrangler instead of a Compass, with GPS and more room. So very good for the upgrade (apart from the higher consumption).
Easy
(Translated by Google) Finding the Thrifty agency when leaving the airport, handing over the vehicle on departure and returning it on arrival were very easy. The vehicle itself was adequate for our needs for three weeks, but in the end it was not a Dodge Grand Caravan but a Nissan Murano, which in the end suited us better given the size of the vehicle. In our case the vehicle only had 1500 km on the clock and was fully equipped. So positive experience. [...]
Location SUV Calgary -Vancouver
(Translated by Google) we were very satisfied with the vehicle, however the service of the Avis staff is deplorable, particularly the attendant when the car was delivered to Vancouver.
We arrived at 6:30 p.m. (office closes at 7 p.m.). the car had to be dropped off at Level - 7 - When we went back to reception (6:40 p.m.), the office was still open but the attendant was absent. We had to wait 15 minutes before he came back. At 6:55 p.m. he refused to complete the formalities for handing over the car because, according to him, the office was closed. Another family was present in the office.

Very comfortable Toyota Highlander
(Translated by Google) Excellent pick up in Montreal and upgrade as a bonus.
Good explanations especially for using an automatic gearbox :-)
Mid-range vehicle rental
(Translated by Google) Very satisfied with the vehicle we rented.
It was new, very clean and with options like reversing camera and bluetooth. The auto box was also a comfort.
The recovery and return of the vehicle was done in less than 15 minutes.
it was very good
(Translated by Google) The service was very good
Sympathetic
Very well.
Very good advice but...
(Translated by Google) Very good adviser, contact by phone and email pleasant, efficient and fast for the reservation of the car but when taking the vehicle from Discount we had a vehicle of a lower category compared to the one reserved and paid for without any other choice or compensation.
Overall we are still satisfied and I would recommend Authentik Canada without hesitation.
Very satisfied
(Translated by Google) Very good vehicle, good category
Great experience
(Translated by Google) It was our first time in Canada and without a car the trip wouldn't have been the same especially with two young children. Special thanks to Chloé Chalifoux who was of great help in acquiring the rental car for her attention during my call. We will surely come back to you and recommend you to our friends and family who wish to travel to your beautiful country. [...]
Everything was as we expected ; excellent car, office easy to find and quick and efficient check out.
(Translated by Google) The service was excellent: the car comfortable and in good condition, the rental office very easy to find from the airport and the pick-up very efficient.
Everything perfect, no problem
Perfect
(Translated by Google) New vehicle, quick check-in and return, I recommend.
Hassle-free vehicle rental
(Translated by Google) The rental of the vehicle was carried out without problem, we did 4000 km in 3 weeks. The condition of the vehicle at the start was incomplete, we noted several scratches on the document at the start, but it seems that the rental companies are not as picky as in Europe and that only the bumps on the bodywork interest them. On the way back, the officer barely looked at the vehicle. The principle of a full tank at the start which forces you to have an empty tank on the way back is quite disturbing, because you have to check your gauge constantly on the last day. [...]
