Car rental
Perfect performance
satisfied, no more...
(Translated by Google) Very surprised to get my car back and to realize that it is dirty, inside and out! Glass shards on the floor on the side carpet. passenger. In short, I used the car I rented, but disappointed that this one wasn't even clean. I reported it to the person who gives it to me, but the answer is that he has no equipment to wash the car??? no comment... Disappointed also because I rented; an intermediate class which had to have a trunk capable of accommodating 3 suitcases, this was not the case, I was able to accommodate only one medium-sized suitcase and a small one, and I had to put a another medium-sized suitcase in the back seat of the car. For an intermediate class I was given a KIA Forte 5, it seems to me that this model is smaller than what is presented; on the website. [...]

Car rental - Montreal /Quebec
(Translated by Google) The organization of our trip via Authentik Canada went very well. We have been very well advised with a very good reactivity; from our advisor.
The car complied with; our expectations, the pick-up and the return went well.
Very good quality ratio. price, we confidently recommend!
Medium
(Translated by Google) Refueling is charged to us. to 67$ when on 3 provinces we paid it; maximum 55$ it’es A little big difference!!
Top car rental
(Translated by Google) Rental well located, in the airport car park, well indicated. New rented car (a TOYOTA RAV 4 all options with 187 km on the clock). It was us; proposed a JEEP at the same price because we were going to do the Rockies, which we kindly refused. (consumption would not have been the same!).
Consumption almost in line with; what was announced (+/- 8L/100kms), the price of petrol being much cheaper than in France!
The only small "problem": nobody spoke a word of French unlike what was indicated on the counter (we managed anyway :-) even if complicated; to understand when they try to offer you additional insurance which you do not ultimately understand if they are useful or not) and it was not for us; precise what fuel to use for this car... We asked; the gas station attendant during the 1st fill-up who gave us good information. Obviously, all rental vehicles run on "Regular 87". So thinking about ask the question when picking up the vehicle.
Return of the car very quickly (2'): turn of the vehicle done very quickly, control of the fuel level and the return of the 2 keys then delivery of a ticket notifying that no additional tax No comment is required (if everything is OK of course!), no need to go back to the office, your deposit is automatically canceled if everything is OK on the ticket! Convenient when you have your plane at hand. take because no waste of time!

Perfect
(Translated by Google) Do not forget that the return of the car can take a little time... We were warned and were therefore not in a hurry.
Expedited vehicle delivery
(Translated by Google) We had asked a small displacement, vehicle did not fit. We had said to arrive at; 6 p.m. but on the spot we noticed it was closing time so we got the keys and left to find the vehicle in the garage on our own....
Première expérience de location à très longue distance
(Translated by Google) Our experience with Authentik Canada for car rental has been great. very satisfying. The advice before our departure was really helpful. The procedures went smoothly.
Optimal
(Translated by Google) Nothing to do to say again, everything went well, quick pick-up and drop-off from the vehicle. Vancouver downtown agency. No problem with the car.
Almost perfect rental
(Translated by Google) Agency near downtown Quebec City
Almost new vehicle
2 small remarks however: the person at; the reception had not seen that I had already; paid and therefore asked me to pay again (no problem checking it but ç it was weird); having to return the car with as little fuel as possible: as consumption is poorly estimated, you don't really know if you have enough fuel to get there; the agency...stressful (it would be easier to have to refuel)

Discount: A ÉVITER
(Translated by Google) We went through authentik Canada to rent a compact car with insurance included.
Arrived at discount on the plateau of mont Royal at agrave; Montreal, we learn that there are no more cars in the compact category but that there are only SUVs left. We are therefore obliged to pay for an upgrade.
We return the car to; Montreal airport 15 days later. Where we are surprised to hear that the upgrades are free since it is not our responsibility, and that the insurance we had taken out for the compact car was not adapted for the SUV car.
Unfortunately we had a small impact on the windshield, and of course we were still asked to leave. money for the deductible when the insurance was included in our package.
First and last time at this car rental company who are totally incompetent when it comes to solving certain small problems between them and who only seek to find solutions. collect money

Beware of the differences in language France / Canada
(Translated by Google) be sure to read the contracts carefully:
Example: Abandonment of vehicles. it's in case you return the car somewhere other than the pick-up and well it costs you $100
