Car rental

Compliant without deviation from what was reserved. Perfect.

(Translated by Google) I recommend this company Authentik Canada. I will definitely use them again. The renter is more than honest, which unfortunately is not always the case. They don't push you to take unnecessary insurance already included in Visa cards and other personal insurance. We wish it was always like this. Thank you.

everything was OK

(Translated by Google) We had booked a sedan and were lucky enough to be upgraded to an SUV, which definitely greatly improved the comfort of our road trip.

Vehicle at the right height but you have to be patient to get it back.

(Translated by Google) Picking up the vehicle at the airport was extremely laborious: a 2.5-hour wait between entering the branch and receiving the keys. Few employees were available to assist people and apparently too few vehicles were available, despite the fact that we had booked in advance. Looking closer at our receipt, it was indeed mentioned that it could take several hours. It seems important to mention this. Only once there, after a long flight, the wait seems long... Otherwise, we had no problem with our vehicle. It even seems that we were slightly upgraded given the size. It was clean, new, and well equipped. The return to the city center went smoothly with a smiling and professional employee.

Very satisfied!

(Translated by Google) A very good experience for our first car rental in Quebec.
The car was comfortable (Jeep Grand Cherokee, fully equipped) and spotless.
The experience with the agency was very good: easy to pick up and return the vehicle, no pressure to add unnecessary insurance...
Thank you!

Rental agency rather poorly indicated at the airport exit

Very good organization

(Translated by Google) Vehicle in very good condition, almost new and very comfortable.

A very satisfied cousin

(Translated by Google) Satisfactory service in terms of process and value for money.

Perfect.

(Translated by Google) Vehicle received in Quebec very quickly and with very friendly staff. Vehicle met the requested criteria. The return of the vehicle in Toronto went well even though this part is a bit assembly-line-like with several agents on site to receive the different vehicles arriving every 2 minutes.

The vehicle reception agents did not attempt in any way to blame us for pre-existing damages to the vehicle, which is something becoming less common, despite its clear logic... [...]

Everything was perfect

Car and service at the top/excellent

(Translated by Google) Car ready upon our arrival as it had to be dropped off at a different location than the pick-up. Knowing that others had a 45-minute wait.

Car rental Canada

(Translated by Google) Very well, we picked up the vehicle in Toronto to drop it off in New York!

Great!

(Translated by Google) Excellent service and car

Smooth rental/booking

(Translated by Google) The car perfectly matched what we were looking for. Recent car with very few kilometers on the odometer. Perfect for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The trunk easily accommodates 5 suitcases. Reasonable fuel consumption. The procedures were very simple for both check-in and check-out. I recommend it.

Family road trip

(Translated by Google) Happy with our rental from Avis through Authentik Canada (even though we had to leave the deposit, but it's not their fault...). Rental without problems both at the start and at the end with a vehicle matching our initial request. No hidden clauses or defects, nothing to report.

Satisfied overall

(Translated by Google) Satisfied overall!
Value for money ok, however, when we picked up the vehicle in Montreal, the rear tires were smooth. When we pointed this out, we were told "no problem, it's not raining right now." 3 days later in Quebec City, we had the car changed and everything went very well!
However, the cleanliness of the car's interior left a lot to be desired....

Excellent

(Translated by Google) No surprise. Everything went as planned.

2-week rental

(Translated by Google) We are delighted with our rental.
We had to wait at the airport for the car to be ready because of high demand.
No problems during our stay.
Very quick return!

Good performance

Personalized support

(Translated by Google) Staff available for questions.
I didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of all the available services and benefits, but what I did have was very good.
I recommend.

Provision of a beautiful vehicle, Audi Q5….

(Translated by Google) Quick handling, with a smile, very pleasant and comfortable vehicle for this trip… 2500 kilometers without a problem.

Impeccable car rental

(Translated by Google) Everything went well for the car rental, no surprises, no extra charges. Very good. We were able to have a 2nd driver by going through Authentik Canada. This service had an extra charge at the agency.

Excellent service both in booking and handling/support.

Excellent!

(Translated by Google) Very fast booking, quick vehicle pickup at Avis...Nothing to report!

4x4 SUV, perfect for crisscrossing Quebec

(Translated by Google) A little expensive but all the steps are done online. We pick up the vehicle at the airport, the formalities are simple and fast. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Spotless vehicle (offered an upgrade), smooth communication. Great!

RAS - beautiful car

(Translated by Google) No problem with Avis.
The car was of good quality and clean.
Be well-informed about the insurance options since several are offered when picking up the car, it's not easy to figure out!

Everything went very well. Excellent vehicle in perfect condition.

(Translated by Google) Very good experience with Authentik Canada. The vehicle was well insured, the number of kilometers per day was adequate because we were making stops of several days in the same place. The vehicle provided was in perfect condition, almost new with all the options ensuring a pleasant drive and an enjoyable adventure.

Rental without any problem

(Translated by Google) The car was perfect and the price obtained by Authentik Canada was the best when we did our research.
Car pickup at Avis near our accommodation and we returned it to the airport.
Everything went well.

Fast and efficient service

Professional and high-quality

(Translated by Google) We rented an intermediate SUV (like a Rav4): we got a Hyundai Santa Fe, which is even a bit bigger than a RAV4, so perfect for fitting 3 large suitcases + backpacks. Very professional reception and return, nothing to complain about.
