Car rental
Quality vehicle and ultra-simple rental process
(Translated by Google) If I had any reservations about going through an intermediary for the rental of our car, Authentik Canada was perfect in its role. Reactive, helping, offering the cheapest quotes and providing lots of info on the process of picking up the car once there, etc. I had to modify my reservation at the last moment and they reacted very quickly and efficiently. The withdrawal from Avis was very quick, no problem on site (notably thanks to the advice of Authentik Canada). [...]
Car rental and travel tips
(Translated by Google) We booked the car through Authentik Canada and everything went well. You just have to plan a long wait in Calgary to get it back, but it was specified on the Voucher. My interlocutor also took the time to give advice on the trip. It was very much appreciated and useful. thanks again
Very good value for money
(Translated by Google) We had another car (Ford), very spacious, full options. This helped us a lot for our installation in Quebec.
Very good value for money.
high end car
(Translated by Google) Instead of the Hyundai Elantra that I had reserved, AVIS offered me a JEEP Grand Cherokee for the same price! This all-terrain vehicle was particularly useful for making the many paths in the natural parks and for accessing the chalets. So a big thank you to AVIS.
Simple and efficient.

Roadtrip Quebec
(Translated by Google) We were very satisfied with the supplier, everything worked very well.
Only downside: no explanation on how the automatic car works and when you're not used to driving an automatic it's a bit complicated.
Car rental for 12 days
(Translated by Google) Very satisfied with our first rental experience with Authentik
Very good service and very good benefits
We highly recommend
Thank you very much great service
(Translated by Google) Great service and speed. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip easier.
Very good service
(Translated by Google) It was my first time booking with Authentik and I was very satisfied with the service. I had to speak to them on the phone before picking up the vehicle and I very much appreciated the help they offered. Picking up the vehicle at the Vancouver airport was done quickly and I received very good service from Avis.
The only thing that could be further clarified is the one way fee. I was returning the vehicle to the Calgary airport, so there was a $400 charge one way, plus taxes and fees. This portion of taxes and fees amounts to $133 without being detailed. I would have liked to know in advance what these costs are and how much they amount to. This could have influenced my decision when I compared the price of rental cars.
I also found it curious that I was charged $533 for a one-way trip from British Columbia to Alberta when I was provided with a vehicle plated in Alberta.
But overall I'm satisfied with Authentik's service and I recommend it.

I recommend
(Translated by Google) Ease of formalities when picking up and returning the vehicle. Vehicle is in great condition and very accommodating staff to find solutions (eg in connection with the appropriate trunk size or the presence of GPS).
Alright
(Translated by Google) Comfortable car with a large trunk very practical for luggage.

(Translated by Google) Dodge Charger vehicle
Friendly and quick welcome
Vehicle parked in a dimly lit car park, showing shocks not listed on the support document.
Very good experience.
(Translated by Google) No complaints!
rental service
(Translated by Google) No waiting for the delivery of the vehicle which is very appreciable after an 8 hour flight and 6 hours of jet lag;
Moreover, Maxim Michaud evaluated the choice of vehicle very well given the number of kilometers traveled during this trip.
Comfortable and economical car
Satisfied
(Translated by Google) Very warm welcome at the agency: professional and friendly
Car in very good and clean condition. Konami engine not great on climbs, otherwise perfect.
I had reserved a GPS but it was not mentioned in the voucher. The person from the agency nevertheless did his best to find one. It was very appreciable even if finally the given GPS did not recharge and we were not able to use it!
I recommend the agency of the new hotel

Very good car rental
(Translated by Google) Experience with Avis was top notch, especially with an upgrade to a Tesla. No waiting, neither on departure nor on arrival.
Car corresponding perfectly to the description and expectations
(Translated by Google) The car was modern and there were no bad surprises: no additional costs, no comment on unlimited mileage (we did 6400 km in three weeks)... Thank you Authentik Canada!
Very happy with our trip.
(Translated by Google) We didn't get a Toyota Rav4 (reserved initially), but we got a more or less equivalent vehicle (Mitsubishi rvr). We are very satisfied with this vehicle which allowed us to cover 3000 km in Eastern Canada. The car rental agency was attentive. I strongly recommend going through Authentik Canada, to facilitate the process and obtain valuable advice.
Very satisfactory car rental
(Translated by Google) we used the company Thrifty for a 3 week rental of an SUV.
On arrival, there was no waiting at the counter which is very appreciable after more than 7 hours of flight.
The salesperson was very cordial and did not force our hand on the usual supplements from car rental companies.
We were well explained the tips for driving, the handbrake a bit special for us..
With hindsight, I should not have taken the full option made by the rental company for 87$ cad because the airport is only 20 minutes from the center of Montreal where you can fill up without worry ...
Return nickel also, fast, efficient.
I recommend as excellent value for money.

No problem.
I will go back to Authentik Canada.
