Car rental
2 rentals with thriffty
(Translated by Google) Always very satisfied with the service with Autentik Canada. The rates are very competitive and travel serene with the insurance offered.
Rental made with Thriffty.
1st rental for 6 people - Car ok, tire a bit worn. Long wait for support and not too many details for restitution
2nd rental - very disappointed with the vehicle. Not very clean, scratched and damaged bodywork. Obliged to challenge the provision report. The agent was not pleasant and strongly insisted on placing an insurance that we had already taken out with Autentik Canada
Conclusion: I would no longer rent with Thriffty. Not serious and I have doubts about vehicle maintenance

(Translated by Google) Great experience with this car rental company. Vehicle upgrade
Rental without problem or additional cost
(Translated by Google) We had a Kia Rio and not a Nissan Versa, certainly an average small car in terms of comfort, especially when traveling 5000km, but we got there.
As for the RAS rental company, no bad surprises or sales force attempts.

Perfect
(Translated by Google) The vehicle met our expectations.
No particular concerns.
Just waiting when we went to pick up the car.
Good vehicle, average reception
(Translated by Google) We had to wait over an hour for our vehicle.
On our return, everything went well; however, we had asked to pay the full return rather than filling it ourselves; but everything worked out and we didn't have to leave the airport
Very good car
(Translated by Google) Jeep Wrangler model: Powerful car with a trunk large enough for our 4 large suitcases. However, lack of flexibility at the rear.
Avis Authentic
(Translated by Google) We rented a car through Thrifty. Everything went smoothly, with great rates. On the other hand, it is not specified that there is no GPS offered on site. We got by without… :)
Trusted Rental
(Translated by Google) We had no problem picking up our car or returning it. Everything was very well explained by Authentik Canada. A bit of a wait to get the car back but we were warned so no surprises. It reassured us to have an intermediary because with rental agencies it can be complicated sometimes. Very good experience.

Car rental
(Translated by Google) We benefited from an almost new rental car which worked perfectly, it was a Chevrolet Equinox LT. The formalities for picking up and returning the vehicle were quick and hassle-free, which is very appreciable especially when you are tired from the outward journey and in a hurry to board the flight home.
We are completely satisfied with this car rental agency.

Car rental. Convenience, good price and very good service
(Translated by Google) Everything was simple - from booking to picking up the vehicle in Halifax and forgetting the phone support for answering questions in between.
And all this at a lower price than if I had booked directly with Avis.
I recommend 100%.
The quote for the travel advisor being mandatory, I put 3 because I made the reservation online without a special advisor. And I don't like these "forced" quotes,

Excellent
(Translated by Google) Originally, I had reserved a mini Caravan since we were 5 tall adults, but at the pick-up at the airport we were given a Ford Explorer car because the mini Caravan was not ready. After 2 days with the Explorer, we had it exchanged at another service point because we were far too cramped, we were replaced free of charge for a Chrysler Pacifica car and it was the happiness throughout the trip. So, all is well, all ends well! We got a great price and the pick up and drop off was easy. Thanks! [...]
