Car rental
Toyota Corolla Ideal for commuting.
(Translated by Google) Very satisfaying.
perfect
(Translated by Google) perfect location just the level of windshield washer that had not been done
good tees
(Translated by Google) Everything was very good, except for the car rental, Authentik had made me pay for a second driver 21, except that the driver must be over 25 years old, and the additional premium corresponds to the amount of the lease. Fortunately, the rental company made a move and we did not have to pay this additional premium.
Worry-free rental
Perfect car rental
(Translated by Google) We were very well received and guided by the Montreal Plateau Royal agency. The car was recovered more than on time.
No surprise unexpected charges, everything was explained correctly. Quick and easy airport drop-off.
I highly recommend.
Very good experience
(Translated by Google) My car rental went well, I was well received at Avis and I had no bad surprises...
The car was better than expected
(Translated by Google) Superb ultra smooth and simple service car
Everything was perfect
(Translated by Google) We were upgraded on arrival, everything went perfectly.
Unrecoverable error???
(Translated by Google) During my contact, I mistakenly booked 2 days too many. I realized it a little late, and despite my call, it was not possible to rectify.
However, when picking up the car at the Montreal Trudeau agency, I was very surprised to learn that, if I had booked directly with Avis, it would have been possible to be reimbursed for these 2 days without any problem. (at least that's what I'm told...)
I noted the thing well in order to address myself to the good interlocutor next time...

Very satisfied
(Translated by Google) The car rental (Hyundai Sonata) for 3 weeks met our expectations. Pickup and drop off was easy and very quick. The car was very spacious and comfortable to cover more than 4000 km.
We will recommend Authentik Canada for car rental in Quebec.

In the top!
(Translated by Google) No surprises and moreover upgraded!
Everything perfect except for the return
(Translated by Google) Big moment of panic when returning the vehicle because the agency was nowhere to be found.
In question, erroneous information on the voucher ....
It all ended well in the end.
Very good value for money
(Translated by Google) The reception was a bit laborious: a person who did not really know what to do, did not know the return date or the return conditions. We had no indication of the operation of the vehicle. The full was done.
The vehicle was clean and in good condition. No worries during the 3 weeks of the rental.
Returning the vehicle was easy. We went to the chosen agency, returned the keys and the vehicle as it was.

Chevrolet Malibu
(Translated by Google) In the end we didn't have the Chevrolet Spark but the Chevrolet Malibu, a slightly bigger car.
We were very pleased with this car as well as the agents we met when picking up and returning the car.
On the other hand, we had rented a GPS which was of no use to us. The GPS does not work if it is connected, tells us longer routes than what our application told us. In short, useless.

Virtually perfect
(Translated by Google) Very good rental, we were upgraded for free with a more spacious car. Easy pick up and drop off, no forced sale of products. Just at the vehicle socket, no information on the condition of the car, its driving and its type of fuel.
I recommend
(Translated by Google) Vehicle rental at Thrfty via authentikcanada without problem. I have all the necessary information by phone before confirming my order.
Perfect welcome
(Translated by Google) The person who welcomed us in Toronto was very professional and the fact that this person spoke French helped us. He offered us a much more comfortable, more spacious car for the same price.
A great family vacation
(Translated by Google) We are delighted to return from our vacation! What preserved nature, what a feeling of space. Our best memories: the discovery of the Amerindian nations, in particular the Hurons Wendats, the museum of civilization in Quebec and old Quebec, Tadoussac with the oldest wooden church in North America, the Chauvin trade, the observation of cetaceans on the St Laurent, the zoo reserve St Felicien ...
