Other passengers with whom we had time to talk (inevitably, 2 hours...) were not lucky enough to get their car because it was either not yet returned or not yet ready... some waited 1 to 2 hours longer... with very young children or elderly people... And the staff told us that it was because of the legislation that requires snow tires and that they were unable to anticipate the arrival of the French!!! It's not as if the All Saints' Day holidays in France change every year??? For the rest, it was a very nice car and we have nothing to complain about.
