RV rental
Nothing but good times....except for the weather...
(Translated by Google) The services provided were in accordance with the commitments, the advice was helpful (and followed...). A clarification: the 'linen' kit includes a duvet.
Great experience
(Translated by Google) Top-notch rental. Second time with Authentik Canada, and if we come back, we'll probably do it with them again!
Interesting price but some flaws/defects
(Translated by Google) We are satisfied with Cruise Canada and the service offered, but there are several points to raise.
The motorhome is old, makes a lot of noise while driving, and the thermal insulation is average.
But above all, renting a car seat is not possible, and when we rented our own, it turned out to be incompatible with the motorhome's ?????????, which poses a major safety concern...
Otherwise, everything worked well in the motorhome.

Great 3-week vacation!
Satisfied with my experience
(Translated by Google) Very good experience.
Very friendly and welcoming staff.
However, be careful if you have a problem and need to call the number provided to contact Canadream, it is chargeable and very expensive (not notified at any time) about 17 Euros for 10 minutes.
The campervan is very clean and very functional.
A fantastic stay
(Translated by Google) A very well-equipped campervan with very detailed explanations from the team, which made us feel confident for a fantastic stay! Thanks again!
Delighted with our first experience and surely to be renewed!
(Translated by Google) We rented a class B RV (DVC - Deluxe Van Camper) for the first time to tour the Cabot Trail in Nova Scotia. By using Authentik Canada as an intermediary, we were secured with insurance in case of any issues, and they responded to our questions within 48 hours. The agents at Canadream were helpful, friendly, and professional. They answered all our questions and also allowed us to visit the RV before taking possession. The RV operating guide and video were very useful and well made! The RV was very clean and everything was functional. The only two inconveniences are that we pay for a day's rental for taking possession (after 1:30 PM) and returning the RV (before 9:30 AM)... otherwise, we have to pay an extra fee. And one of the Canadream agents (upon returning the RV) did not speak a word of French! Overall, a very beautiful experience and we highly recommend it! [...]

Campervan rental
(Translated by Google) Very good supplier: pleasant welcome, helpful for the journey between the branch and our accommodation, very well equipped motorhome.
We are very satisfied with the welcome and Phili
Ideal for a first trip to Canada
(Translated by Google) The Adventurer pickup truck is in my opinion a perfect vehicle for a trip in North America, compact on the road and pleasant to handle and drive, moreover it is equipped with an auxiliary CNG tank which reduces fuel costs. As for the recreational part, the vehicle is well equipped, everything was functional and in good condition. The owner, Mr. Germain, is a pleasant person who will explain all the functions to you when you pick up the vehicle and remains available by WhatsApp during your stay, and I take this opportunity to thank him again for his kindness!

Great 4-week stay aboard a DVC
Very beautiful experience
(Translated by Google) Very warm welcome by your team, complete information regarding the use of the vehicle and all its functions. Camper van with which we are satisfied.
All our expectations were met.
Camper truck
(Translated by Google) It's just unfortunate that no one speaks French at the Calgary rental branch. Certain technical points could have been further explored.
Road trip 2024 IB
(Translated by Google) Very good experience with authentik Canada for our trip.
Available, responsive staff.
We will go through this agency again when we return.
Perfect trip
(Translated by Google) Great RV rental! Everything went very well, both the rental and the trip with the vehicle. The van is very well equipped and runs like clockwork. Pure happiness!!!
Superb rental experience!
(Translated by Google) Fraserway is very professional, everything is very well organized, and the explanations are very clear. The support is top-notch. Easy to use and handle the truck camper. The return was perfect and incredibly easy as well. Thanks again, everything was perfect!
Trip to Acadia
(Translated by Google) For having traveled from Montreal to Lac Saint Jean and Gaspésie, bordering Nova Scotia, and back, from the initial welcome and vehicle handling, everything was perfect. I took small roads to get used to the size of the vehicle, driving at the appropriate speed. If sometimes you see a large number of vehicles lined up behind you, pull over to let them pass. Then, the campground accommodations were all very good and perfect for meeting people, but be careful, from mid-September many are closed. Have a good trip!

Excellent experience!
(Translated by Google) We spoke with Susyane who was very responsive to our questions and helped us greatly before our trip! The campervan pick-up was perfect and we had an excellent stay!
An experience to repeat before I die/kick the bucket
(Translated by Google) We rented a Small C20 RV (14 nights) for our honeymoon in September 2024, for a trip departing from Vancouver and arriving in Calgary (stops: Victoria, Ucluelet, Qualicum Beach, Whistler, Clearwater, Revelstoke instead of Jasper closed due to fires, and Banff).
/>
Overall, we are very satisfied with the comfort of this vehicle, and we already know that we will repeat the experience in the coming years, perhaps on the East Coast for a change.
The shuttle system at departure and arrival is very practical and avoids additional taxi costs given the distance between the Fraserway agency and the city center (especially in Vancouver). Admittedly, we had to wait in the cold for the shuttle, which was 45 minutes late, but we are fully aware that the driver was only experiencing Vancouver's morning traffic.
However, upon arrival at the agency to pick up the vehicle, there were many of us and we had to wait about an hour to get to the counter, then another 30-minute wait for a member of the agency to demonstrate the vehicle. Fortunately, I had anticipated a safety margin because we had the ferry the same day, to Vancouver Island.
Our (only) unpleasant surprise after picking up the vehicle was that we realized that the grey tank had not been properly emptied by the previous renter. After using the sink to wash our hands, the water would no longer drain (because the tank was full) but we couldn't empty it in the parking lot of the supermarket located between the agency in Delta and the ferry in Vancouver. So we had to drive to the next campsite (in Victoria) with some water in the sink, but with the movement of the vehicle the water splashed on the floor, sacrificing clean towels and cloths from day one to wipe it all up... The Fraserway agency had warned us that sometimes the grey tank sensors are inaccurate, for example it indicates full when it is empty, or vice versa (and we confirmed this during the following 14 days because often just after emptying it in the campsites the grey tank remained stuck at 2/3 full...), however we would have appreciated it if the agency actually checked the condition of the tank before renting the vehicle again and didn't rely solely on the sensor which is known to be faulty (even if the agency does an emptying when the vehicle is returned, to ensure that all tanks are empty before re-renting the vehicle).
The kitchen kit is complete, the only complaint I could make in this regard is about the sponge (which is clearly a dish sponge with a lifespan of 1 to 2 days maximum, we had to buy more to be able to properly wash our dishes + the 2 dishcloths provided spread the water instead of drying it, so we also bought a real dishcloth).
The bedding kit is also very good; we even had a spare sheet for the 2 weeks. For 2 people we had two (large) individual duvets and they were quite sufficient.
Regarding the bath linen (4 large towels + 2 small towels): very good but it was a nightmare to properly dry the towels after showering, we hung them inside the RV (blocking the ends in the cupboards above the table) but they dried poorly and therefore smelled bad from the 2nd day... Not practical because it takes up space (hitting your head on the towel as soon as you are at the back of the RV), and having to reposition the towels each time we took something from the cupboards. It was impossible to dry them outside because, even in September without rain, it wasn't enough. We ended up buying microfiber towels which dried much faster and took up less space.
We also took the heater option and it was a good thing because waking up in the Rockies at the end of September is chilly! However, the heater only worked for 2 days even though we only turned it on during breakfast, so we spent the last 3-4 mornings quite cold.
Generally speaking, regarding driving a vehicle of this size in Canada: I initially had a lot of apprehension because I had never driven this type of vehicle, especially abroad. Finally, it was a pleasure and I felt safer than when I drive my small car on the highway in France. Indeed, in Canada I found the drivers much more civilized and respectful of the rules of the road, and the roads are really designed for all types of vehicles.
The km estimate when booking via Authentik Canada was well done, we opted for a total package of 2500 km and we drove about 2300 km, thus avoiding charges per additional km.
As for the pricing of the vehicle: indeed, it is a (big) budget.
By booking about 6 months in advance, we paid €3300 for a 14-night rental with a 2500km package, $750 deductible insurance, bedding/kitchen kits and the heater. To this we had to add €500 for fuel, and the price for camping nights (roughly €600). So you have to count about €300/night all inclusive, at a time that is still considered high season (at least according to some campsites).
After a quick comparison on the Fraserway website for pricing without an intermediary, I must admit that the price difference is very small compared to what we paid via Authentik Canada which, in addition to booking, offers support and availability by our dedicated advisor who can quickly answer our every question (thank you Adeline!)
Despite this substantial budget (at least for us) we have no regrets because we had incredible moments on the road and, to date, it is the best trip of our lives.
See you soon in Canada!

Unforgettable
(Translated by Google) Unforgettable stay in the Rockies, no problem with the RV. Very professional contacts with FraserWay. Recommended.
5-star apartment

Gaspésie, 4x4 vehicle with cell, beautiful experience, Sept 24
(Translated by Google) Friendly welcome from Philippe, very accommodating, good communication. Warehouse not far from the airport. Very comfortable vehicle especially for driving, interesting because it can run on LPG (more advantageous) or petrol, practical vehicle, clean, operational, functional, maneuverable. You still have to manage the waste bins, of course, and sometimes they can fill up quickly (advised to be careful). The weather was fine, but if it was cold, plan for a quilt or blanket as the sleeping bags are light. [...]
Professional
(Translated by Google) Good team, very decent vehicle
Impeccable organization of our trip.
(Translated by Google) The choice of overnight stays, the quality of the trip organization, the relevance of the advice given, and the trip follow-up, everything was perfect. The RV was however aging but fully operational. The rental service was good but not perfect. The vehicle could have been better equipped (a valve would have been welcome, fitted sheets for the bed too...) despite that, everything went well (during the handover, during the trip and upon returning the RV at the end of the trip).

Worry-free experience, Efficient
(Translated by Google) Value for money is very good! Canadream representatives are very professional (they are experienced!) The vehicle is spotless, everything works in the cabin, it’s easy and hassle-free. We understand why Canadream is extremely precise about the initial inventory: Quality is there. TCA (Ford F350 Pick up + cabin) is perfect for 2 people (kitchen, bathroom, heating, sleeping, dining area, ...). Ps: Budget for fuel, on TCA 14 liters/100 km when driving smoothly. Great experience.
