Car rental
Car ready on arrival good service, not a Rav4 but chevrelet
(Translated by Google) Car ready with a chevrelet blazer, easy to drive, everything was very good, thanks to Authentik for this reservation with Avis! On the other hand, on the return Avis had suggested that we let them fill up that it was cheaper but given the high amount of the bill we negotiated to finally obtain a reasonable amount! So refueling before returning the car would be a good advice! [...]

Rent a car thriffty
(Translated by Google) Easy rental no waiting and upgrade no surprise fees perfect!
Worry-free rental
(Translated by Google) Everything went without difficulty. From picking up the vehicle (we were taken care of immediately) to handing over the vehicle, which was done very quickly and without any particular difficulty. In the end, the Hertz rental that we had planned would have cost us a lot more without bringing anything more. It's a positive experience with Thrifty
Good experience with Avis
(Translated by Google) We picked up our car in Toronto when the agency opened at 9 a.m. on a Sunday. No waiting. The car was ready and clean and it was an equivalent model to the Dodge Durango (Chevrolet Traverse). The agent did not offer additional insurance. He took a deposit of only $100 which was not taken. We returned the vehicle to the Montreal airport. Just drop it in the car rental parking lot, it's very quick. Thank you for the explanations on the voucher everything was clear to pick up and return the car. It would be good to add the type of fuel at the level of the hatch or on a document because we had a doubt during the first fill-up. But otherwise delighted with this vehicle which contributed to this great road trip. [...]

We benefited from a favorable rate.
Everything went very well with Avis, whether it was picking up the vehicle or returning it to the airport.
Authentik Canada was very responsive to each of our questions.
I recommend them.

Car rental at Thrifty Montreal - Palais des congrès
(Translated by Google) Very very good service.
With a downside
(Translated by Google) Recovery of the car (finally a Nissan KICKS) simple and fast. Car no problem. Return to Montreal airport more complicated: office in the reception area for Thrifty cars closed, with a poster to go to the central office where someone tells me that I have to go to the reception area for Hertz cars.
Once the right area has been reached, simple and quick car return formalities

Everything went well at the reception and when we returned the car

Very good service and very good car
(Translated by Google) Very good service from Authentik Canada. Friendliness and responsiveness to the appointment.
I recommend
(Translated by Google) New 2022 Chevrolet Malibu, very clean and economical to use. Despite our late arrival, we were greeted very kindly at the Avis counter at the airport. I recommend.
Good performance
(Translated by Google) Good car - OK trip for 4 adults and 3 children with luggage. Reasonable consumption
Pay attention to the delay when taking the vehicle into account. Friendly welcome.

Canada 2022
(Translated by Google) Completely corresponds to the offer. We benefited from a good vehicle large enough to receive our luggage as planned and above all comfortable.
Fairly fuel efficient. The staff of the rental company was very professional both outward and return. In short, that's good. I recommend
Not arriving before or after your appointment
(Translated by Google) We arrived a little before our appointment and they didn't want to serve us even though there was no one there at the time. When we came back at our meeting time, we had to wait a long time because it was so busy. But the car was clean and perfectly matched our expectations!

AVIS car rental
(Translated by Google) The car had 48OOO KM, clean but no more. Scratches present but not marked on observation. I took photos before my departure as AVIS asked me to. On return, no worries, AVIS did not ask me for the photos and validated my return without any difficulty. So very good service. Very easy access to rental companies at P E Trudaut airport on the way there and on the way back. [...]
Car rental with reservation; the best for our trip!
(Translated by Google) Authentic Canada's internet service for booking a rental car is easy to access, comprehensive and clear.
We got a car model upgrade, which is always nice!
Small flat: the office of the car rental agency is probably understaffed: the kindness is there, but we would have liked a little more explanation on the operation of the car; it was our first experience with a full electric car. But other than that it was great!
