Car rental

Efficient and easily accessible

(Translated by Google) A great practical vehicle for all roads!

Great experience with Authenik Canada

A very positive experience despite the unexpected

(Translated by Google) We had reserved a car for 2 weeks from Montreal for a roadtrip to Gaspésie.
Depending on the vehicles available, the rental company gave us the choice between a classic or electric model (Tesla). He devoted a lot of time to us, answered all our questions and we finally chose the Tesla which represented a saving given the great distances to be covered. Difficulty encountered: the North coast, above Matane, does not have a Tesla supercharger (the fastest). There are many others scattered on the course but the intermediate speed chargers, CHAdeMO and Combo type, were incompatible with our car which was a US model, compatible only with the J1772 type thanks to the adapter provided by the renter. On the north of the route, we have therefore adapted our program to recharge the battery on "J1772" terminals (2 or 3 hours required). Overall the experience was still very positive. [...]

Nickel car rental!

(Translated by Google) Very interesting price and impeccable service from making contact to returning the vehicle!

Excellent

(Translated by Google) Very good quality car with very good comfort.
Good relationship with Authentik Canada for booking the car.
For the reception of the car in Toronto some difficulties related to the fact that no agent speaks French. Return of the car very quickly to Montreal.

Good value for money

(Translated by Google) The rental was simple, with no surprises. Good value for money, it was very good!

Price much more advantageous than with other companies!

(Translated by Google) The price with authenik was really cheaper than with other companies. The information was clear and easy for the pick-up and the relay with the company, The pick-up was a bit long, but for the rest, everything was very pleasant,

Very satisfied

No particular concern

car rental

(Translated by Google) I booked a car for 3 weeks with Thrifty and I had a problem when I gave my credit card (with which I paid the bill before), it says that it takes the same name but he also checks the first name, at least the initials, the card being with the first letter of his first name + Mrs., he didn't want it, I had another card but a debit one; but with my initials and it worked, phew, more fear than harm, but I would like a clarification on this point.
Otherwise, no problem when returning the vehicle, a person went around the car and told us that it was ok. [...]

Quick, simple and efficient.

(Translated by Google) Everything is perfect, except a lack of explanation on the operation of the car. The agency for the return of the vehicle which moved during the stay without any warning.
It would be nice if a cooler rental was offered with the vehicle.

Everything went very well !

(Translated by Google) Vehicle pick-up with little waiting.
Top rental contract, all inclusive, no surprises. I am very satisfied.

Hassle-free car rental

(Translated by Google) Vehicle recovered in Montreal (city). Very nice home. Vehicle corresponding to expectations, with upgrade (RAV4 instead of Corolla).
On the other hand, no rear shelf to hide the luggage (as is often the case with all rental companies).
Vehicle not extremely clean.
Return to Montreal (airport). Quick return without problem.

Very good stay

(Translated by Google) A wonderful stay. No difficulty in recovering the vehicle even with a little advance.
Only small downside, we had reserved a GPS and the one provided by the agency would have deserved to be a little more recent, especially in terms of updates (some roads were unknown). Especially since our vehicle was equipped with it but the SD card had been removed [...]

Have a good day,

Great experience

(Translated by Google) We didn't get the expected car but we are very satisfied with this experience.

i had a kia soul, very good

(Translated by Google) Perfect service.
We had the perbrise broken. A priori the accident file will be done correctly.
I'm waiting for the final invoice to get the deposit of 500 Canadian dollars refunded to my bank insurance.

Perfect

Rental with ease and confidence

(Translated by Google) Very happy with our car and the pick up and drop off service. Authentik Canada was a very good contact and intermediary with the rental company Avis.

Perfect!

(Translated by Google) We rented a car for 10 days, everything went perfectly. From the reception at the Thrifty agency in Place d'Armes, to our road trip until the return of the car. The car was very comfortable and consumed very little fuel.
Thank you also to Authentik Canada which is a wonderful relay between the customer and the local rental agencies, it is always very reassuring when traveling internationally. [...]

Car rental

(Translated by Google) Very good rental. Too bad trunk a little limited with the chevrolet trailblazer with 2 adults and 3 children.
But to rent without problem.

Toyota camry neuve

(Translated by Google) We had reserved a medium-sized car for our stay in Canada and thought we would have a small car. In the end, we got a new Toyota Camry, very comfortable in an automatic gearbox. In short, our hours spent on the road were very comfortable. I paid the deposit on the site when booking and then the balance a few days before our arrival. No additional costs requested on site except that the rental company tries to sell various insurances. In short, I recommend!!

Namely, the roads are in very bad condition with many potholes following freezing and thawing, if you plan to drive a lot plan a suitable vehicle. [...]

Very warm welcome, very professional staff

(Translated by Google) The Avis branch on Papineau Avenue is managed by a charming, welcoming and very professional lady.
When we arrived, the car was ready. After a few explanations on driving and driving rules specific to Canada, we were able to take control of the car.
We had taken a compact which was very comfortable and sufficient in size for 4 people and 4 small suitcases.
We are very satisfied with this rental.
On the way back, we left the car at the airport. An agent was waiting for us with a tablet. Duration of check-out: 1 minute. Then a smile and good flight!
Perfect !
Thank you also to Authentik Canada for its listening, its reactivity during the preparation of our trip.
Again, great professionalism!
Cheer ! [...]

Perfect

(Translated by Google) Authentik Canada allowed us to find a car rental at an unbeatable price.
They assisted us in keeping the reservation when our flight was canceled which resulted in the pick-up of the vehicle being delayed by 24 hours. Big thanks.
