Perfect !
(Translated by Google) I had a car model much higher than what I had chosen so it was the best!
Ease of picking up the car and returning it. It was a real pleasure!!
Very satisfied in all respects.
(Translated by Google) This is my fourth time renting a car through Authentik Canada. The service and follow-up by the platform has always been perfect with different rental companies. That was the case this time too. For this trip I opted for Thrifty (agency of the Palais des Congrès de Montréal) for the first time. Everything went perfectly, as planned, and, in addition, Thrifty gave me the benefit of a (new) vehicle upgrade, without any consideration. The Palais des Congrès branch is small (2 counters), and Thrifty employees are on hand to satisfy the customer both when picking up the vehicle and when returning. Point of detail, the procedure for returning the vehicle is so simplified that you wonder if you have followed all the instructions! Excellent service and value for money! Thank you Authentic Canada! (Translated by Google) Great service!!! Absolutely nothing negative to say. We picked up the trailer in Vancouver and delivered it to Calgary. We had a flat tire in Whistler and the car was replaced without any problem. Service A1!! I will rent again with Authentik without hesitation.

Peace of mind
(Translated by Google) We booked our vehicle rental through Authentik Canada. What seduced us in the first place are the advantages and guarantees linked to our reservation. So although we didn't need insurance services (so much the better) we could travel with peace of mind.
In addition, before the final reservation, Authentik Canada answered all our questions and were very available.
We will not use their services again for sure.

Evaluation of our reservation from October 12 to October 19
(Translated by Google) Excellent service to Calgary and Vancouver on return. We were surprised to receive a different and upgraded vehicle from the planned rental and it was very much appreciated. Everything was easy with you and with Avis. We will continue to use your services for our next needs. Thank you for your quality of service.
So for us both in terms of price and quality of service before and during, we give you a perfect score. THANK YOU

Business and discovery travel
(Translated by Google) I returned last night from my Canadian trip. Return galley with a wait of more than 12 hours in a transit airport.
Very average airline, fortunately the same cannot be said for Authentik Canada, no problems, no bad surprises, I would just say as usual.
It is always a security to leave with you, with more competitive prices.
For my holidays and my business trips in Canada and the USA, I generally make sure to only go through Authentik, and I have only had positive things, it's not luck, they are simply very good in their field.
2h30 wait before getting the car, a bit long, but again you have nothing to do with it.
Thank you for everything and until next time.
See you!

Car rental
(Translated by Google) Very satisfied but the agency is still trying to convince the client to take out additional insurance...I only took out the puncture and broken glass insurance, which was already quite expensive at $65 for 5 days...
