All good
(Translated by Google) Own vehicle corresponding to the request made quickly available.
Quick return formalities
No problems in use
Location
(Translated by Google) Very available, good advice
Upgrade
(Translated by Google) They had a car to take to another airport. So we were able to enjoy an SUV for the same price.
Location Toyota Corola
(Translated by Google) The service from the Thrifty rental company was good, very pleasant staff, but the Corola has a problem, the passenger seat cannot be adjusted in height, and my wife, who is 1m58, was too low and could see badly outside.
Very comfortable car
Super service
(Translated by Google) Thank you I had to make changes and it was very easy. Great price
Excellent service
(Translated by Google) The prices are competitive but it is above all the service that stands out. We feel well supported.
Still very satisfied with this car rental
(Translated by Google) Finally a new Chrysler Grand Caravan. Comfort and safety to cover 2000 km in one week.
Simple car rental - Excellent
(Translated by Google) I did a 15-day rental through Authentik Canada at Thrifty Montreal YUL and everything went very well. Car to be taken at the airport, at the agency which also does Hertz and Dollar. Respected category, almost new car with 13000 km on the odometer. I will come back without problem and always someone to answer you by email at Authentik Canada.
Worry-free rental.
(Translated by Google) A new Ford Escape for a 1500km journey.
What more could you ask for on this Quebec tour for 4 people?
None bad. Great!!!!!
We recommend.
Goodbye.
COMPLETELY SATISFIED
(Translated by Google) Smiling welcome! registration speed! thank you to the Authentik Canada team for your advice and value for money!
An agency available and listening to its customers
(Translated by Google) The Authentik agency is available and attentive to its customers.
Unfortunately its partner Thrifty is much less so and unable to provide a vehicle in the reserved category.
Fast and professional
(Translated by Google) Top notch and efficient staff
Excellent
(Translated by Google) Perfect, nothing to say.
I even got a big upgrade at no extra cost because the receptionist was very friendly. She passed me a GMC YUKON XL DENALI when I should have had a standard SUV. Perfect
Very satisfied
(Translated by Google) Meets our expectation
Very good value for money and no hidden costs
Perfect
(Translated by Google) Despite our fears about making this trip during this pandemic to find our little girl, everything went well for our car rental.
We have requested the services of the agency on several occasions and we have always had a quick and adequate response.
thank you
Super !
(Translated by Google) We had a bigger car than expected, so more comfortable.
Fast service.
We had an Eclipse as a much better vehicle
(Translated by Google) We were supposed to have a Toyota but when we arrived they gave us an Eclipse. Very economical and very comfortable vehicle. Courteous fast service. In addition, Daphné Gagnon followed up our file to perfection. Really very satisfied.
Bad car
(Translated by Google) Delivery of a 7-seater minivan (for 2) in place of the car.
By leaving us no choice of vehicle and telling us it was this or nothing....
Vehicle unsuitable for our request and trip.
Nothing to say for the return of the vehicle.
Good car, very professional agency
(Translated by Google) Good car, impeccable cleaning, very well placed departure and return agencies, flexibility to extend the number of days initially planned.
To recommend !
perfect. All went well
(Translated by Google) a great rate negotiated by authentic. We were also upgraded with a superb car. No problem with Thrifty who did their best to make us feel comfortable.
Excellent service
(Translated by Google) Express validation by Authetik Canada of my car rental request.
Very warm welcome from the Avis agency on Papineau Avenue in Montreal. No waiting, neither at the reception of the vehicle, nor at its return.
Rented vehicle almost new and in very good condition (13000 km)
Perfect service, I recommend.
Excellent service!
(Translated by Google) No complaints! Good price and great service!
Very good experience
(Translated by Google) Very good experience: availability and kindness of the interlocutors, excellent vehicle, affordable price...
Only problem: your Hilton agency in Quebec is VERY difficult to find!! Deserted hotel (because of the strike?), no signs, a small room in a corridor, not indicated...
Phew! I hope the situation is only temporary!
An exceptional agency
(Translated by Google) We went through Authentik for a Calgary-Vancouver car rental. The service was quick, courteous and personalized. We benefited from a very favorable rate. In addition, at our destination (Vancouver), we called on Authentik (Montreal) for information on certain activities. The agency answered us with accuracy and very quickly.
Service impeccable
(Translated by Google) Surprise when I arrived in Montreal, Dollar upgraded me and I had a better quality vehicle all week ….ideal to travel to Quebec????????
Nothing negative to mention!
(Translated by Google) We rented a rental car (with Avis) from Vancouver to Calgary and I have nothing negative to mention. The car initially chosen was no longer available from what I understand, but another "replacement" car was offered to us and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was very good and no hidden fees as much on their side as on the side of Authentik Canada. Other than that, Authentik Canada gave me great customer service; the agents with whom I spoke take the time to explain well and listen to their clients. I recommend. Thanks a lot! [...]
