Car rental
Well done Authentic. Excellent company …………………………………………………………………..
(Translated by Google) Everything was easy with Authentik and they offered us the best prices. They managed to find a vehicle at a time when there were very few left. 10/10. Cheer
Very good value for money
(Translated by Google) Cheapest found and very good service
Very good service, rental twice during a trip
(Translated by Google) Courteous and fast service before leaving and when returning to branches when returning the car. Very good service from all points of view before going to the site and from the information advisers. Received a higher level car that could not provide our request (smaller car). Thank you, I note your company for my future trips. 5 /5
Exceptional customer service
(Translated by Google) Very good service and follow-up from Authentik. Information emails are clear, relevant and timely. I highly recommend them.
Things to watch out for: The company from which the car was rented (Avis) offered me additional services that were redundant. The one-way trip charges are very poorly shown on the Avis bill and the final bill is slightly higher than what was understood (should have been $125 plus tax). The difference was minimal (around $10), but enough to make me wonder.

Very satisfied to have done business with Authentik Canada
(Translated by Google) We saved a lot by going through Authentik Canada. On the Avis website the vehicles were twice as expensive. I did all the car rental branches and it was with Authentik Canada that I got a vehicle 50% cheaper than with any rental company. Really satisfied everything went well when picking up the vehicle and returning. I recommend 100% authentic Canada. We were supposed to get a toyota corolla finally we got a brand new cambry for the same price! [...]

Bon service
(Translated by Google) The car model has changed, but without any consequences. Very satisfied with the car. Communication with Authentik fast and efficient. At the Avis counter, 3 hours before receiving the car, however.

Excellent service and competitive prices
(Translated by Google) We rented a car for 21 days in Western Canada. Impeccable service from our advisor, always present to answer our questions! We feel supported by this agency, we don't feel like a number! Car rental prices are also very good vs the competition. It is certain that I will use Authentik Canada again for my next trip!
Book a car from Vancouver to Calgary
(Translated by Google) We booked a car with AVIS through the Authentik site, because the price was more attractive and we were confident in the quality of the service.
When booking we specified a particular model and it was respected.
The exchanges with our travel consultant went very well.
Courtesy and efficiency
(Translated by Google) Everything was perfect From the agency I dealt with to the counter for the delivery and return Nothing complicated Only problem we were up Grady so we had a vehicle that was really too big ($ gas) BUT the comfort made us forget it all

Renting a Ford Transit caravan
(Translated by Google) We really appreciated being able to get a Ford Transit instead of a Dodge Caravan for our trip to Western Canada.
Hassle-free car rental
(Translated by Google) I rented a car through Authentik. It was a positive experience. I had no surprises. The only negative note is the lack of staff at the Avis counter at the Calgary airport. I waited 2 hours for my car. The agent gave me a full tank of gas for free

Minivan rental for western Canada
(Translated by Google) We had a wonderful trip out West with the family and are completely satisfied with our car rental! The agent assisted us with the reservation. No surprise fees, everything went as planned. Everything was perfect, the mini van was waiting for us when we arrived and was most helpful and reliable throughout our vacation. Thanks!
