Car rental
Excellent rental
(Translated by Google) A perfect new Jeep vehicle. Very practical. Pleasant to drive. Ideal for family
The rental is easy to set up. No surprises
The return process is exceptional; you arrive, you are greeted, you park, you return the keys very quickly
Highly recommended
(Translated by Google) Susyane was very attentive and responsive in organizing our car rental. We had very good service and were even upgraded. I highly recommend their service!
No problem
A vacation facilitator
(Translated by Google) I used Authenticités Canada's services for a car rental. All the prices I had found were exorbitant. Except on Authentication. Honestly, I thought there was a scam, but reassured by the reviews I went for it. Everything went perfectly, no surprises, good follow-up by email. Really the best, I recommend it without hesitation.
Very good car
(Translated by Google) The first car we reserved didn't work and we were upgraded. This driving experience is very pleasant.
SUV road trip in Alberta
(Translated by Google) Trip of more than a week from Calgary in Alberta, very satisfied and happy to have gone through Authentik Canada, the team (Danika in particular) is responsive and answered all my questions very precisely. No surprises on arrival, I had a vehicle of the right category, new (6000km on the clock) and with all the options indicated on the site at the time of booking, no problems during the rental or when returning the vehicle (AVIS company). I recommend 100% and thank you.

Very good experience
(Translated by Google) Everything went well with Authentik Canada! However, with the budget, a little less so. I was initially offered a car that was too small (a lower range) and since it was too small, they made me wait 30 minutes to get a car of the right size. Aside from this unpleasant surprise, everything went well.
Very well
(Translated by Google) Very good vehicle review
Agency that listens
(Translated by Google) Vehicle delivery delay compensated by a luxury SUV upgrade at a lower cost and a warm welcome from the agent. Booking communication with Authentik Canada was smooth and efficient!
Perfect
(Translated by Google) The rental went very well.
Very pleasant car and good service
(Translated by Google) The car was very clean. It was comfortable and very pleasant to drive (NISSAN ROGUE). A few problems using the built-in GPS. It worked very well the first few days then suddenly stopped. We had to use Android Auto. Too bad the car's manual was not made available to us (in paper or PDF format).
Good experience with Alamo on our rental in Quebec
(Translated by Google) We chose Authentik Canada for our car reservation in Quebec via Alamo.
Easy access to the car on our arrival and ease during the return.
Only downside, we asked to extend the rental by 2 days but the rates were exorbitant!
Car rental
(Translated by Google) We rented a 7-seater minivan for our 16-day trip to Quebec via Authentik Canada. Very competitive price with additional options compared to renting directly from a rental agency. Vehicle picked up from Avis... didn't match the reserved vehicle but they changed it the next day to a perfectly suitable vehicle (Chrysler Grand Voyager/Town & Country) ideal for our trip. Very satisfied with our choice.

Very well
(Translated by Google) Smooth car rental, easy access to the airport for both departure and arrival. A bit of a wait at the counter.
Upgraded
(Translated by Google) Very friendly staff. A bit of a wait at the start but for an upgrade, so no problem. Very quick return.
Excellent
(Translated by Google) The delivery and return of keys are very quick, simple, and complete.
Car rental
(Translated by Google) Upon our arrival, the person at the counter was absent. She had closed her office earlier that day. We had to call her so that she would come.
Otherwise, the car was very spacious and clean.
The return drop-off at the airport went very well.
Very well
(Translated by Google) Very high responsiveness from Authentic car rental, no problem, would recommend.
Car rental
(Translated by Google) Thanks to Avis, no worries when picking up the vehicle, very friendly welcome, quick process, we were even surprised to be upgraded, with a new and very well-equipped vehicle, beyond what we had booked. Same for the key drop-off at the airport, a quick 5-minute check and it was done. For my part, a very good experience, thanks to Authentic Canada, always attentive to our needs, very good communication, use their services, nothing but positive things, I will use them again without hesitation.

Car rental
(Translated by Google) Very clean car, very quick pickup, received the car we requested, very courteous people. The only constraint is that we had to pay an additional $500 since we returned the car to a different location.
Rental for 3 days
(Translated by Google) A very pleasant welcome, a magnificent car, and very flexible procedures, I highly recommend.
super agency
(Translated by Google) Very friendly welcome, the paperwork was no problem, and the return was the same. If we come back to Canada, we'll go through this agency again.
Car rental
(Translated by Google) Everything was perfect.
Excellent value for money!
Very good experience
(Translated by Google) We are very satisfied with our car rental experience with Authentik Canada: customer service team, quick responses to our questions, and excellent follow-up.
Everything is perfect!
(Translated by Google) Efficient online booking and payment, upgraded vehicle for the same initial price, welcoming staff, quick key and document handover, top-notch vehicle, no waiting time for vehicle return, everything is perfect!
Very well
(Translated by Google) We are completely satisfied with the service provided by Authentik Canada and particularly by Danika Latreille. We will not hesitate to call on them again as soon as we return.
Pleased to meet you
(Translated by Google) Excellent value for money.
Vehicle return was well organized, quick and efficient despite the crowd.
Note: why 2 keys connected by a closed ring rather than 2 separate keys?
Have a good trip
(Translated by Google) The car was almost new (a few hundred km) and very comfortable. The pick-up went well and the return of the vehicle was easy.
Very professional!!!
SUV rental
(Translated by Google) We had the possibility to choose between three models, we got a vehicle with low mileage, practically new.
Everything went well with both the pick-up and return at the airport.
Quick and simple.
However, the photos taken by the rental company with a wet vehicle did not show the scratches on the bodywork, I took some photos myself since the rental company doesn't do a walk-around of the vehicle with us.
