Car rental
Car rental
(Translated by Google) We rented a car for a 15-day road trip in Quebec, everything went very well. Good follow-up by email, several location choices for the rental place, clear instructions, quick car pick-up/drop-off. Renting a car is always a real headache with a good dose of stress and it was very pleasant to finally be able to rent with peace of mind. I recommend!

Perfect
(Translated by Google) Flexible and pleasant staff. Perfect vehicle.
Full-size vehicle: upgrade
(Translated by Google) Having rented a full-size vehicle, I was offered an electric vehicle which is very good but not being used to it and considering my trip over a week I preferred a gasoline vehicle. I was offered an American brand which I'm a fan of. 4x4 and powerful, pure joy. Almost an upgrade. Thanks.
Helpfulness
(Translated by Google) Very pleasant and responsive agency staff to help us in case of difficulty.
Car rental at Mont Royal Plateau
(Translated by Google) We were very happy with the services from Avis. The vehicle perfectly matched our expectations and the initial description - we recommend this rental company!
Very satisfied with the car rental
(Translated by Google) I had planned a very long trip (18500 km) in the USA and Canada, the proposed vehicle was very suitable, I had no particular problems. I recommend this rental company offered by Authentik Canada.
Dodge Durango
(Translated by Google) Super comfortable car ideal for a long road trip, we did more than 2000 km without back pain. Be aware however there are only 2 real seats in the back.
Total satisfaction
(Translated by Google) The service from both Authentik Canada and the rental company Thrifty was perfect. Very good communication with Authentik and very professional with Thrifty. We didn't wait at either departure or arrival. Explanations about the vehicle (new?!), the contract (no extra charges) and quick check-out. Thank you.
Almost perfect
(Translated by Google) Car matches the description, in perfect condition and very clean.
Car return was quick and easy.
The only negative point was the wait to pick up the car.
A very positive point was that mentioning Authentik Canada prevented the rental agency from pushing expensive and unnecessary services given the insurance already included.
Car rental
(Translated by Google) Excellent.
Perfect!
(Translated by Google) Everything went well. Thank you very much!
Car rental - second experience with Authentik Canada
(Translated by Google) Hello, we are extremely happy with the car rental we booked through Authentik Canada. This is our second experience with them. In 2023, we were already very happy, which is why we trusted Authentik Canada again in 2024. In both cases, Authentik served as the intermediary for the Avis branch on Jean Talon Street, whose service was impeccable. The car was ready as planned upon our arrival, and this year, we even got a car in a higher category than the one we requested. We will not hesitate to use Authentik next time.

Rental without any problems
(Translated by Google) The rental of a 6-person vehicle for 15 days went without any problems. The advertised prices were respected, no bad surprises. Information given by Authentik was clear and precise. I recommend.
A hassle-free rental
(Translated by Google) We had an almost new car. Picking up and returning the vehicle was quick. We are very satisfied.
A hassle-free rental!
(Translated by Google) We had reserved a car in Edmonton with a return to Vancouver. Everything went as planned; quick pick-up with a free upgrade to an SUV instead of a full-size car. The vehicle return was done in the blink of an eye by courteous staff. I would rent again through Authentik Canada!
effective
(Translated by Google) Picking up our vehicle on Sunday, June 16th was easy and matched our reservation, an SUV model, in this case, a Jeep. Returning it was more complicated because it was a holiday, Canada Day, so the Vancouver agency was closed and we weren't notified. However, we returned the keys as instructed. No bad surprises in terms of pricing.
Beautiful experience
(Translated by Google) Very good support for our vehicle rental. Clear instructions, vehicle quality, vehicle cleanliness, ease of vehicle pick-up and drop-off during the stay.
great services
(Translated by Google) Great service, everything was ok
Perfect car rental
(Translated by Google) Quick pick-up in the city, in Montreal, with an equally quick return to Toronto airport, at Avis. Everything went very well, we even got a small SUV at no extra cost. The Authentik Canada offer was very comprehensive; we only took out additional optional insurance, with no pressure from the rental company.
I particularly appreciated the follow-up from Authentik Canada: quick answers to all my (many) questions from my advisor, the possibility and assurance of always being able to reach someone in case of a problem. It's very reassuring.
I only discovered Authentik Canada when I was looking for a car rental. If I had known about this agency before, I would have gladly entrusted them with the organization of my trip to Canada!

Vehicle rental
(Translated by Google) We didn't get the vehicle we chose. The Avis company offered us a newer and bigger vehicle at no extra cost. So we were able to enjoy extra comfort for our 10-day trip on Vancouver Island. The car had low mileage and was clean. We chose Authentik Canada because they had the best price. Very good follow-up service when I had questions about returning the car.
Everything was compliant, fast and efficient.
(Translated by Google) Excellent service. Very satisfied.
Impeccable
(Translated by Google) Rental at Montreal Airport. Impeccable welcome. It takes about an hour for the preparation and pickup of the vehicle. Recent and fully equipped vehicle, Chevrolet Malibu. Thanks to Authentik Canada. Quick and hassle-free vehicle return. A big thank you to José from Thrifty for his warm welcome and to Marine (Authentik Canada) for her valuable advice and detailed information on vehicle recovery fees. Her support until the end of the rental was exceptional. I highly recommend their services for a hassle-free car rental experience.
Thanks to Authentik Canada and Thrifty (Montreal Airport)

Very good experience
(Translated by Google) We booked through Authentik Canada. Everything went very well, numerous exchanges with our advisor before our arrival.
Once at the Toronto airport, we easily found the Thrifty agency. The staff was very welcoming.
The vehicle corresponded to the chosen category.
