Car rental
Perfect
(Translated by Google) The chosen vehicle wasn't available, but the receptionist gave us an SUV instead. Very pleasant staff.
Rental without issues
(Translated by Google) Rental with Authentik Canada for the 3rd time, no issues with the rental company (Avis) for picking up and returning the vehicle. No extra charges imposed on site, options offered that can be declined without any problem.
Very good vehicle and very clean
(Translated by Google) 4 stars instead of 5 because of the wait at the Avis counter at the airport. 1.5 hours of waiting due to few employees.
Impeccable Authentik Canada service
(Translated by Google) Everything went well, from beginning to end of our stay, Thank you.
Superb
(Translated by Google) The handling was very easy, no surprises at the key handover, the reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the staff who could be a little friendlier, apart from that, I highly recommend Authentik Canada as well as Thrifty.
Very satisfied
Very good performance
(Translated by Google) Reservation very well done, no problem with the rental company. Allows good savings with this contract reserved for foreigners, all insurance included.
Perfect
(Translated by Google) No problem with the booking, we were even upgraded to a superior model.
Very very good.
Good experience
(Translated by Google) Very attractive price. Thrifty is a branch of Heitz. Good reception at the airport. We benefited from an upgrade which we appreciated since we rented the vehicle for 19 days and drove quite a few kilometers.
Vehicle in very good condition. The return of the vehicle was quick and smooth.
Efficient and very kind agent, new vehicle.
(Translated by Google) The agent was efficient, friendly and helpful, and responded to our request by offering us additional insurance (the vehicle was new); moreover, the vehicle was perfect in terms of size, equipment and comfort.
reliable agency
(Translated by Google) Picking up the rental car was quick, the receptionist efficient and competent. The car was clean and in excellent condition. The return was more difficult, the agent didn't really know how to handle the return to a different airport. But everything worked out ok. No price surprises. We will use Authentika again for our next trip.
Clarity and simplicity with Authentik
(Translated by Google) First time using an intermediary service to rent a vehicle. And I am not disappointed. I am satisfied. Easy to book via the Authentik Canada website and easy to pick up the vehicle. Everything is clear and without surprises. With a bonus of a vehicle that perfectly meets our expectations.
Excellent service, from beginning to end
(Translated by Google) From the beginning to the end of my car rental, everything went very well, with personalized service, complete answers to my questions, and a lower price than all my other searches. Thanks!
Very satisfied with my rental
(Translated by Google) Good contact, quality car.
Very satisfied
Finally, a car rental without other incentives.
(Translated by Google) Very good welcome with just the necessary information to take possession of the vehicle. No bad surprises. No pressure to take out additional insurance. It's perfect and conforms to expectations.
Great renter
(Translated by Google) Great renter, funny, friendly and accommodating for a long rental, I recommend. Only point of caution, not necessarily the models indicated on the authentik Canada website.
No worries
(Translated by Google) Great organization, we ended up taking the GPS. Pick up and return went very well. Authentik Canada was reachable during the trip when we needed them. We recommend them.
Worry-free car rental at Avis
(Translated by Google) We rented a car at Montreal YUL airport from Avis. Thanks to Authentic Canada, we were able to pick up our car quickly and easily without having to take any additional options.
Very easy pickup and return
(Translated by Google) Nothing to report
Very good welcome, car and quality services
(Translated by Google) Efficient and friendly welcome at the Montreal airport, clean and trouble-free car, and efficient return procedure. Very good value for money.
Canada is a dream - Authentik Canada makes it a reality!
(Translated by Google) Frankly, I can only recommend Authentik Canada (and Marine, who was our contact person).
I only booked a vehicle through Authentik Canada, but if I had known, I would have booked my ENTIRE trip with them. I discovered too late that they offered a turnkey solution; if only I had known, honestly, I almost regret it, because I would have had fewer reservation worries!
It's easy to say everything was a dream when everything goes well. However, in our case, unfortunately, we had a small problem with the vehicle, and without Authentik Canada, we wouldn't have gotten very far (difficulty reaching the agency, misunderstanding, etc.). So I can recommend Authentik Canada without hesitation, because they were there when everything was good (easy, we'll say), but especially when everything was bad (like marriage, for better or for worse). Frankly, I had a contact person (Marine) always by my side, who called me back, who listened to me, who understood me, who wrote to me by email, who took steps with the rental company; I couldn't have asked for better. Certainly, we had this small problem, it can happen, but you will know that if needed, Authentik Canada will be there by your side, and very sincerely, I had read a somewhat similar review where the customer was delighted to have Authentik Canada to accompany them during a problem, and that's what made me decide to go ahead.
Thank you Authentik Canada, Thank you Marine, because without you, my trip would have been ruined. You can be proud to fly the colours of Canada and Authentik Canada high; all the other agencies can only envy this outstanding collaborator and this A to Z follow-up. It's so rare (too rare) these days that it required this whole long paragraph, hoping that others can embark on a trip to this beautiful country that is Canada without hesitation.
PS: You have to expand to other countries, now that I know you, I will follow you!!

Efficient, reliable, and professional
(Translated by Google) We were very satisfied with our rental and will do it again very soon!
Nothing to say! The best!
Efficient service
(Translated by Google) We booked our car for our trip to Gaspésie, through Authentik Canada. Besides the efficiency and clarity of the system, the very helpful customer service should also be mentioned.
Car rental
(Translated by Google) Supposed to be an Elantra but outclassed.
Authentic Canada Reviews
(Translated by Google) Easy-to-find rental agency in the airport, comfortable car suitable for the trip
Perfect
(Translated by Google) We were supposed to have a Chevrolet Spark or equivalent and we got a fully equipped Toyota Corolla. Great car. Everything went very well from picking up to dropping off the keys. If I return to Canada, I will go through Authentik Canada again.
Satisfied
