VW Atlas
(Translated by Google) A comfortable car with all options.
Perfect for 4 people with 4 large suitcases.
no problem
(Translated by Google) Through authentik canada I was able to find a car rental cheaper than on the usual car rental sites and no bad surprises!
Awesome !
(Translated by Google) Even if AVIS gave us our car 3 hours late, we realized that by not going through Authentik Canada there was no scam, no request for excess insurance, nothing suspicious. Authentik Canada has pre-negotiated the contracts and it's super soothing. THANKS !
Toyota sedan vehicle well suited for 3 people
Authentic very professional
(Translated by Google) I rented a car in Montreal with Avis via the Authentik website. All my questions were answered quickly before making my choice.
When I arrived in Montreal, it was very fast, even too fast, he didn't give me much time to read the general conditions, he often told me to sign there... He gave me the key and the number space and it's up to me to manage!!! I didn't get the car I had reserved.
I had to come back several times, because he forgot to give me the gps, because it didn't work, I found impacts on the car, he just told me if it's less than 2 cms , it doesn't matter ! Take pictures. And I came back one last time to ask how the fuel hood was opened!!!
The GPS that is 20 years old!! didn't work at all. I wrote to authentik, who reimbursed me for the GPS.
Everything went well.
When I returned the car, Avis trusted me, no employee, went to see the car.
In the end, authentic is very serious. I will go back to them no problem.

Notice
(Translated by Google) Big enough for luggage and comfortable for the road ahead
Calgary Travel
(Translated by Google) Good, but station wagons were jumping on the car. We had a Toyota Camery. In the mountains, it is important to have good brakes. I enjoyed communicating with you in French, but no French there. Thank you!
Happy but can do better in the support
(Translated by Google) When we arrived at the Avis agency, there was no car for us. Even though we had booked it months in advance. They offered us cars that were not adequate for our trip (pick up), or they offered us much more expensive cars (suv) 40 dollars per day more, we didn't want, they went down to 19 dollars per day but it was too much for our budget
So we waited 1h30 to finally have a car as we had ordered. There were several of us waiting, taking our troubles patiently.
We received the keys, but no one explained to us how the car works. Handbrake, fuel cap opening, GPS, starting. We went to look for a man who was in the parking lot to explain a bit to us.
On the other hand the car was a very nice car, completely new 75km. It was a pleasure to drive it.

Rental at Thrifty
(Translated by Google) Perfect from start to finish!
Pick-up of the vehicle a little in advance and to avoid the billing of an additional day, we were offered to return the vehicle to the destination branch a little earlier than the initial schedule. Clean vehicle adapted to our needs. The fees were consistent ($75 for the return to another agency) and quick return, top!
Fast service
(Translated by Google) Efficient service and a satisfying car.
Clean vehicle
(Translated by Google) We liked the rates you offered. The vehicle was in our expectations and in addition it is clean.
Ideal vehicle and fast and efficient service
Very good value for money
(Translated by Google) The vehicle was an automatic Nissan Rogue. Comfortable and easy to grip. For the trunk, ideal for two. A bit small for 4.
Very satisfied
(Translated by Google) I recommend to everyone. Easy to use, the site is well detailed. Better price than if we would have gone directly with the rental company.
to redo. We had a 2021 Jetta. Very economical...
Very good but credit card requirement not necessary
(Translated by Google) Very good rental with favorable conditions (guarantees, prices, additional driver as free spouse).
a downside: it is mentioned that immediate debit cards are not accepted and we ordered a credit card specifically for taking the deposit of the vehicle; it was useless, the VISA immediate debit card went through very well and the rental company told us that 99% of French immediate debit cards went through without any problem, whereas the Authentik site and the advisers I had online told me specified that this was a mandatory condition.

(Translated by Google) What to say....
Just that I recommend authentik Canada for its very attractive rates as well as the ease of booking.
Serious customer service that responds quickly when I sent an email.
I recommend without hesitation.
Only downside when we picked up the vehicle from Avis, with a long waiting time!
Easy
(Translated by Google) Easy, knowledgeable staff, car in good condition
3 weeks in Canada
(Translated by Google) We finally had an Infinity QX80 instead of the Tahoé, 7 places also as requested. Quick pick-up at the airport on our arrival and delivery of the keys in less than 5 minutes on the way back to the National agency at Montreal airport. The vehicle was recent, we took out the basic breakdown insurance because it was not included and the excess buy-back just in case. On the 4500 km covered nothing to say, exceptional comfort on the roads and ease of use even in big cities. Thanks to Authentik Canada for your help and precise information during our stay! [...]
Easy, fast and cheap
(Translated by Google) Car rental made in a few clicks.
Immediate confirmation
Price much more attractive than direct (very good negotiated rates)
Very attractive terms of sale.
No nasty surprises
New car and best category given by AVIS
In short, going through Authentikcanada only has advantages.
Very good vehicle for 2 people.
(Translated by Google) Unique opportunity to drive such a vehicle, which we will never have in our everyday life.
Good reliable service
(Translated by Google) contrary to what is indicated, the vehicle was a Ford escape. A bit surprising first impression with the vehicle because a lot of rolling noise at certain speeds but we got used to it. It is true that the coating of the very highways of Montreal is far from being top!
Otherwise, very good service from Avis Montreal. Ras
Upgraded, perfect
(Translated by Google) Thank you Authentik Canada for booking my rental car.

Very professional and friendly service
(Translated by Google) My car rentals went smoothly and without bad surprises. Customer service was present to resolve the flight delay issue with the Avis agency
Better than I had imagined.
(Translated by Google) The vehicle offered was similar to the one reserved but was immaculate. I particularly appreciated the driving assistance, comfort was also part of it. The whole family is delighted. The email from Authentik Canada before departure was also very nice, it allows you to check everything before departure.
Functional
(Translated by Google) We didn't have any particular problems with our Ford Escape.
The reception at Trudeau airport for the handing over of the keys was unfriendly.
Western Canada
