Great, we recommend it
(Translated by Google) We had a Ford Escape as a vehicle for our 2 week road trip vacation with thifty as the rental company.
I don't know if it's because we left before the holiday rush but we were taken straight away, the staff very friendly and didn't insist when we didn't want to take out the additional insurance.
Attention you will be worth a deferred debit card or credit card for our part we have the Darty credit card which has passed
Clean vehicle with 13000km on the clock.
The return went very well and we got our deposit back a few days later depending on your bank.
But we advise you to really take stock on the day of arrival so as not to have any disappointment on your return, note the slightest impact.
Authentik Canada listens to us and responds quickly to our questions.
We will use them again for our next reservations.

Very happy with the car rental
(Translated by Google) Very responsive agency that answered all our questions very quickly. We ended up only taking the car rental. Very happy with the vehicle provided (BMW instead of Toyota) in very good condition and at a great price. Authentik Canada's online guides served us well to know what to visit according to our program.
rental vehicle
(Translated by Google) Hassle-free pick-up and delivery. Clean and in line with our wishes
Too bad the lack of explanations at the office on the operation of the car (for a European accustomed to the manual gearbox). We asked a vehicle return attendant to explain the start-up procedure to us).
Bizarre operation of the gearbox with sudden revving of the engine when climbing or accelerating. I don't know if this was normal

road trip canada
Excellent!
(Translated by Google) Very satisfied with the vehicle and the service in general. Very new and clean vehicle. There is only the collection of the vehicle at the airport which was extremely long, even though everything had been prepaid online. It should be improved on this point. Picking up the vehicle was quick and easy at the airport.

Easy rental via Authentil Canada
(Translated by Google) An easy research upstream, a wide choice, prices well in the market and a quick and simple confirmation. Reminders before D-Day. Sending of the voucher largely on time. Simplified experience that I easily recommend.
Super new and efficient vehicle, beware of abandonment fees
(Translated by Google) We saw the vehicle ordered, very spacious for 5 adults and luggage, very clean, 1300 km on the odometer. Going through Authentic allowed us to reduce the overall cost of the service compared to going directly to AVIS. Be careful, however, of the abandonment costs which were announced to us at 500 CAD excluding tax, OK, but which were invoiced to us for 668 € (i.e. 33% tax?) without explanation from AVIS or satisfactory justification from Authentic. So budget not controllable. Maybe AVIS is "catching up" with this wild overpricing. Satisfied overall to have gone through Authentic [...]
