Great caravan from Vancouver to Calgary
Car rent
(Translated by Google) Intermediate vehicle rental from avis through authentic Canada: competitive rate, modified. Pick up at Montreal airport, returned downtown to Quebec.
We were 2 adults and a 10 year old child: the vehicle was large and comfortable enough to cover long distances.
The trunk was able to accommodate our 3 rigid suitcases of 68cm and our 3 backpacks.

Western Canadian travel
(Translated by Google) Nothing negative, everything went well, impeccable service.
Reserved vehicle not available otherwise top!
(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, upon arrival at the airport and despite having a reservation in place, we were informed that the only vehicle still available in the reserved category is a Tesla. It did not suit us because we planned a road trip through Qebec with more than 3500 km and without always knowing our accommodation and the possibilities of recharging. To have a non-electric, we had to upgrade to an upgrade that Thrifty offered us for a preferential rate of 10 CAD per day. We accepted it because we didn't have much choice, but it didn't correspond to our reservation and unnecessarily increased our vacation budget. We were a bit disappointed as the error was at Thrifty and we had to pay the extra. Apart from this episode, nothing to say! The staff was welcoming, the car almost new and in top condition. I would go back! [...]
VERY GOOD SERVICE
(Translated by Google) I got the car back in time. The explanations given were clear. The return of the vehicle also went perfectly.
Car rental
(Translated by Google) no problem clear contract
Hassle-free email exchange
Small vehicle at the top for a big trip
(Translated by Google) The vehicle met our expectations.
On the other hand to find the places in the road book it would be desirable to add the precise addresses :) it would be easier :)
Comfortable and affordable car, hell of a trip
(Translated by Google) Highly recommended service!
Professionalism of the team and very good vehicle
(Translated by Google) The vehicle met our expectations (trunk volume for 3 large suitcases and three 40 L backpacks). The reception and return team was very efficient.
Car rental - perfect
(Translated by Google) We rented, for our road trip in Eastern Canada (25 days), 2 SUVs from Thrifty via Authentik Canada (best price and options included)
We recovered the 2 cars easily, without any additional costs than those announced (return of the car in another city).
And the return of the cars was also done easily. Authentik Canada was more than perfect and listened to us (thanks to Adeline Baldo).
I recommend them to you

I recommend
(Translated by Google) The experience of renting a vehicle with Authentik Canada was perfect, in accordance with our reservation and our expectations.
good exchange with AUTHENTIC CANADA but not with THRIFTY
(Translated by Google) THRIFTY: one hour to receive the car like other passengers.
Satisfaction guaranteed
(Translated by Google) When we arrived at our destination (despite heavy traffic) the vehicle was ready, very clean and we were able to pick it up before the scheduled time. The follow-up before departure, reminder and after that Authentik Canada does is great! For my next rental, I come back to Authentik Canada! Thank you for everything.
Everything was perfect !
(Translated by Google) It was very easy to book and choose a vehicle as well as all the options that went with it (pick-up league etc.) No surprises... apart from the fact of not having had an estimate of the amount beforehand additional insurances and what they covered. Otherwise nothing to complain about.
Great
Efficient and organized
(Translated by Google) We liked the Nissan qashqai
We needed a vehicle to get around even if we had to pay for parking and gas
We visited places where it would have been difficult or even impossible to get to without a car
Very good experience

Halifax Airport Reviews
Counter at the airport parking lot.
I had reserved a midsize SUV but was offered the luxury of a Jeep Grand Cherokee limited edition. More expensive gas it is true but I felt completely safe in the unpaved roads of certain corners of the Bay of Fundy.

Information
(Translated by Google) When taking the vehicle, we are left a little abandoned. Little information, I usually rent vehicles where it is not necessary to refuel on the way back, there no information was given and I was surprised on the way back to be told that had to be returned with a full tank. There was 1/4 of the tank left and they charged me 3/4 at 80 euros whereas when I filled up I had 60 dollars (about 45 euros). Bad communication [...]
Very qualitative experience
(Translated by Google) The online quote is very simple, the chat service ultra responsive. Withdrawal from the agency is very simple and the vehicle provided is of high quality.
Perfect
(Translated by Google) We had an upgrade for the rental of the vehicle at no additional cost.
Everything went very well.
Impeccable service
(Translated by Google) Car ready and new. However, they had not noted our GPS request. They gave us a portable GPS before we realized the new car had built-in GPS. They seemed not to know it at the counter.
Simplicity
(Translated by Google) Excellent value for money with fast pick-up and very convenient return of the vehicle.
We had a very very good Chrysler!
SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE
(Translated by Google) We rented through Authentik Canada, when I had a question, I got very easily from customer service, who gave me very good information.
When we took possession of the car, the person at the reception was very friendly and gave us very good information.
We had a Hyundai elantra, good fuel consumption and good comfort.
(Translated by Google) The employees received us well, very kind and smiling! No worries with the car, nothing negative to say, only good.
