This is very practical for the rental company's business model, as they won't have to immobilize the vehicle during peak season between rentals. It's the customer who will have to lose vacation time to get things fixed... I've never seen anything like it, and it's completely unacceptable! So yes, they are cheaper than others, but you'll have to deal with some annoyances, which I'm listing here:

- Two orange indicator lights were on on the dashboard: one for the trailer hitch and the other for tire pressure, which seemed incorrect. The agency person reassured us by saying that a sensor was faulty, but that the tire pressure had been checked.
- Out of the 5 sets of sheets and duvets taken as an option, 2 pillowcase covers were missing.
- When we turned on the water pump, we noticed a water leak on the ground outside, coming from the exterior cover plate of the water heater. I opened this hatch myself and found that the drain plug was not properly tightened. Without tools, I managed to tighten the loosened nut by hand as best I could.
- During my first greywater+blackwater draining, I noticed during the operation that the hose had tears around the fixing ring, which resulted in black liquids leaking out in jets, accompanied by small pieces of toilet paper! Great for a first time, and embarrassing at the emptying station... How can you give a vehicle to a customer without checking this? This is a big red card; it's completely unacceptable! The agency person did tell me over the phone to buy a new one and that they would reimburse me, but I'm sorry, we're on vacation; I shouldn't have to go shopping for a product I don't know to fix the system, no!
- I continue with the small water leaks after showering. First of all, in the shower cabin, to avoid any flooding, an inner shower curtain is essential. This was not present; you can imagine the flood after our first shower in the inner hallway... there too, the answer was again very simple: "go buy one."
Once equipped with the shower curtain, and after 5 showers, a significant leak was observed under the baseboard, flowing towards the kitchen. Another inconvenience, as we had nothing to mop up the floor with except a dishcloth. I later realized that the screw of the floor drain was completely unscrewed.
