The result: a vehicle scratched everywhere and a tire with a bulge ready to explode within the first few kilometers (How can you endanger the lives of customers when you claim to be a professional car rental company?). I therefore decided to return the keys and request another vehicle. The agency gave me another vehicle in seemingly better condition, but after leaving the airport with the vehicle, the dashboard indicated a loss of pressure in the right rear tire!
I therefore went to the garage and the diagnosis was quickly established: 2 nails embedded in the tire and 2 missing valve caps!!! This cost me $66 CAD for a vehicle supposedly in good condition from the moment of pickup.
