Car rental with AVIS, perfect!
(Translated by Google) Authentik Canada only helped me with the vehicle reservation, confirming the quality of AVIS Montreal, which I had pre-selected: everything went very well, the rented vehicle was almost new, of very good quality and performance; the vehicle return also went smoothly. I had organized the entire 3-week stay in Quebec alone, including 8 in Gaspésie, which were magnificent. [...]
Very satisfied with our car
(Translated by Google) We had a Hyundai Elantra and everything went very well, from the welcome, to the return and during our trip!
Good collaboration, quick vehicle pickup and drop-off service
(Translated by Google) Easy vehicle booking, quick pick-up in Calgary and equally easy drop-off in Vancouver
Gaspésie Tour
(Translated by Google) Very good car, and from that point of view, we were very satisfied as we drove approximately 2400 km without any fatigue.
Nevertheless, I'm questioning the pick-up process where we were assured the tank was full. We were also asked to return it full, which we did without argument. Not being familiar with the car (which showed the fuel level with bars), we couldn't see that the actual level was only three-quarters full. Indeed, when we filled up for the first time, the car showed a range of 840 km compared to 630 km when we picked it up. What should a customer think? That the rental agency charged our predecessor for a full tank at $4 a liter, without actually filling it? That they're making fools of us? ... In any case, it's not very fair!

car rental
(Translated by Google) I used their services for a car rental. I had contact with a correspondent who was as friendly as she was efficient (thank you Susyane!). I was able to benefit from very useful information, an attractive price with offered guarantees. Everything went very well. If I return to Canada, I will use their services again.
Beware of fees charged upon return
(Translated by Google) Positive: they gave us a larger vehicle than expected and with unlimited mileage. Negative: no accompaniment to the vehicle upon pickup, and upon return, unduly charged fees. Currently being resolved by Authentik.
Very good
(Translated by Google) We rented a car with Authentik Canada from Avis in Montreal, at the Nouvel Hotel branch, and everything went very well. Picking up the vehicle was very smooth with a great SUV. We returned the vehicle in Ottawa and everything went very well too!

(Translated by Google) After a chaotic start due to a 24-hour flight delay, our advisor at Authentik Canada did their utmost to get us a car and change the contract. Afterwards, we were able to make our trip as planned.
