Car rental
Well
(Translated by Google) The car was very good, as per our reservation.
However, the car was given to us 4 hours late. This is a real shame.
We had chosen the agency located in a hotel. It should be noted that the vehicles are not on site and are delivered there as needed. The person who greeted us was very friendly, but we will not rent a vehicle from this address again.

Good service
(Translated by Google) Very good vehicle, however, we could only get it at 5 p.m. instead of 12 p.m.
Very good car
(Translated by Google) We had a VW Taos, a good size for 3 people with suitcases. The vehicle should have been delivered to us with a full tank of gas but it was missing 1/8th. The Avis agent offered us to wait a bit while he filled it up or to return the vehicle with the same fuel level (not easy). A little more explanation on how the car works would have been welcome.
Excellent stay
(Translated by Google) The best price thanks to Authentik, everything was very easy. Thank you.
Excellent experience as always (4th rental
Perfect
Very good but late departure 4 hours
(Translated by Google) Vehicle in very good condition
Only incident 4 hours waiting to get the car reserved for over 6 months
A complete rental accompanied by excellent advice!
(Translated by Google) Thanks to Authentik who allowed me to rent a vehicle for my road trip in Ontario. The contract came with all the necessary protections for a worry-free trip. The advice was excellent before the rental with great responsiveness after each question.
Magnificent
(Translated by Google) Magnificent trip!
Very good car rental experience with Authentik Canada, who advised us well and was very responsive to our requests.
Well
Road trip without bad surprises in Western Canada
(Translated by Google) We were able to benefit from a financially attractive offer with Authentik Canada and Avis, picked up our vehicle (a Volkswagen Taos) at Vancouver airport and returned it 2 weeks later at Calgary airport. Apart from some difficulties understanding the fees charged by Avis when picking up the vehicle (but I was able to have a reassuring exchange with Marika at Authentik Canada afterwards), everything went perfectly well. The vehicle was new and in very good condition, and did not cause us any problems during the two weeks. Returning the vehicle to Calgary airport was quick and hassle-free. I am satisfied with this experience with Authentik Canada and Avis. [...]

Excellent journey
Comfortable and spacious car
(Translated by Google) We had quite a long waiting time to pick up the car - probably due to various flight delays. The car was very comfortable and spacious. We were able to change the drop-off location and time by calling customer service! Everything went very well.
Very satisfied
(Translated by Google) Very happy to have used your services to rent a car for our road trip in Quebec. We had a few minor inconveniences with the rental company at the airport, but our contact person at Authentik Canada was very efficient, attentive, and responsive. Bravo and thank you very much!
I highly recommend it.

Superb road trip
Perfectly adapted vehicle
Unduly charged price supplement
(Translated by Google) Avis, the rental company mandated by Authentik Canada, charged me almost €80, which is nearly an additional 10% after the rental, without notifying me (detected on my bank account), without any document or invoice, and therefore without any valid reason or justification. Authentik Canada has not reacted to this situation at all. Other people traveling with me (another vehicle) have the same problem, and nothing has come of the exchanges initiated. [...]
Good vehicle, conforms to my request, friendly staff.
Trip Montreal-Ontario OK
(Translated by Google) Good vehicle and easy driving. Very beautiful country: great nature and cities.
Perfect
(Translated by Google) Nothing to say. Everything was perfect.
Very good experience
(Translated by Google) This is not the first time we've gone through Authentik Canada to rent our vehicle from Avis, and as usual, everything went very well. Everything is included; we don't need to take any additional options at the counter.
CAR RENTAL
(Translated by Google) Very good experience: the car rental went very well. We did not have any additional costs to pay at the rental agency. I recommend Authentik Canada
