Lake Louise Campground is a large wooded site on the banks of the Bow River, 1 km from the town of Lake Louise and less than 4 km from the famous Lake Louise.
Several hiking and biking trails are accessible from the campground.
As the campground is located within a natural wildlife habitat, there are a number of measures in place to protect animals and visitors.
To educate campers, Parks Canada offers wildlife interpretation activities throughout the summer.
